Had work done on my 2004 Mercedes SL500. Experience was great. Highly recommend SS Autoworks. Was able to communicate directly with the mechanic and he walked me thru everything. We identified work needing immediate attention and other items that we could schedule later. He troubleshooted an issue that my dealer had failed to figure out for years and solved it. Great service. Price was fine. Communication excellent.

Absolutely top-notch from the first phone call. They came highly recommended from my mechanic that does not fix BMWs. Marty and the crew were absolutely outstanding. I can’t say enough. A multitude of various issues that have just been ignored for 3 years finally being resolved.
Really truly thanks SSAW. And they washed and vacuumed the car as well.

I had a problem with my ABS. The issue ended up being the ABS control module. They could not fix the problem due to new products arability. However they did check my entire fuel system to ensure it was working as needed aside form the module. Great service and friendly to talk with.

Called South Shore Autoworks when we lost confidence in our dealers service department. They were professional, responsive and honest. Great service is hard to find! I will always have my cars serviced there.

My first visit with South Shore Autoworks was phenomenal. Super clean facility, I had a full 4 wheel brake job on my Audi, new tires and a 4 wheel alignment. Wayne in service is great to work with and Josh the owner is a great guy too.

There is a nice big window between the lobby and the shop so you can see what’s going on inside. The shop is immaculate and well organized. You can clearly see that the technicians are working hard on the various cars in the shop.

They were prepared at checkout with other service recommendations that included a detailed cost estimate for the work that was recommended.

I will be back for sure.

Originally brought my car to BMW, they told me they had no solution to my problem after having my car from open to close. Brought my car to south shore auto works they called me within an hour of having my car told me they found the issue, ordered the parts and my car was fixed the next day! 10000% recommend south shore auto works with any foreign issues!

I just had my 2011 BMW 328 x drive in for a major service of the transaxle and differentials. The mechanics and team that work for Justin are all top shelf German car specialists and enthusiasts. It is really the only place to bring a German car in south eastern New England. They have serviced all my cars for over 5 years.

My first visit to there facility was Monday. My wif and I both own late model Audi’s. So aside from dealers there’s no place that can deal with all the electronics computers etc. I had my car at two other facility’s for smell of oil and check engine light. Dropped car at 8 am at 11am Wayne TEXTED ! me is this good time to call have update. Told him yes 60 second later Wayne calls. We have the problem figured out. There pricing better the Audi there facility cleaner then most homes ! Personal professionally dressed. This is a class A facility for any make or model. I believe Porsche /Audi to be a specialty. Highly recommend.

These guys went above and beyond great service. I denied their business at first but they stayed true and friendly and kindly told me why they were the best option and they told the truth. I came back to them and don’t regret it at all. They took my car right away no waiting around and had it done in a day. Went and picked it up and everyone there truly cared about how my service was even a tech that didn’t work on my car. Everyone who helped was awesome especially Marty. Hopefully won’t have to for a while, but will be returning!

The whole team was great. From Wayne’s introduction to Justin’s willingness to have us enter the shop, to Andy’s detailed review of the car while on the lift, and finally ro Chris showing us around the shop and its race/show cars rhat were being serviced.

Southshore was quick, prompt, and is a great value and experience compared to dealers. I know my Cayman will be in great hands as long as I own it.

I talked with Justin about various maintenance work needed for my 2021 Porsche 718 Spyder. He provided me with an estimate for several maintenance tasks and was able to help me understand the details of the work required and if there was any 'economy of scale' to be found by combining any of the tasks.
In one case, Justin explained that there was a better alternative to an OEM part to make future work more cost-effective. The information he provided helped me make good value decisions by avoiding doing work now which would only have to be done again in a few months when other work would be needed.
When I went to drop the car of, a storm had knocked out power to SSA for a little while, but I was still able to drop the car off when scheduled and was able to pick it up a couple days later as expected. I'm happy with the service provided...especially the guidance provided by Justin. ...now if only SSA wasn't an hour's drive from my house... ;-D

I dropped my car off on a Monday for a check engine light assessment. Turns out, there was significant damage to the underside of my engine (which I had already suspected from my teenage daughter learning how to drive 🤦🏻‍♀). I had requested to get my car back by Wednesday because of my work schedule conflicting with their hours of operation. They were able to accommodate my request and had me back on the road within 48 hours. No other mechanic would have been able to complete the significant workload (new oil pan, new transmission pan, cam position fault, coolant temp sensor fault) within that timeframe. All the employees were friendly and courteous and explained everything in detail. I’ll be back for all my VW needs from now on, especially since I had brought it to the VW dealership twice and was told everything was fine though I knew for certain that it wasn’t.

Recently went back to SSA and couldn’t be happier.
I had a ton of work done to my mini, the dealership warranty was not keeping my whip up to snuff, the folks at SSA ensured quality work went into my vehicle, everything that should have been taken care of at the dealership was finally fixed by SSA.
It’s legit like driving a brand new car.
This was my first time at the new shop that isn’t so new anymore. I’ll continue to take my vehicles to SSA, it’s fun to drive my car again!

I’m a new customer at South Shore Autoworks and a new to me 2001 Porsche Boxster S. The New England PCA advertisement pointed me in the direction of SSA. Justin is great and always ensures that things are taken care of, which I appreciate from business owners. I do not like the Mercedes in Hanover and my Mercedes preference in Natick is just too far to drive, so I’m grateful to have SSA so close by.

Tough to have a part (evaporator) fail with replacement requiring more than 9 hours of labor. However, the repair:replacement process was clearly explained; a quick delivery of the part occurred and the car was repaired & ready for pickup at the projected time frame.

Whether routine or special repairs, SSW always provides exceptional service at less than dealer prices. These Porsche-trained techs are outstanding!
