My wife and I had a great experience ordering new kitchen appliances at the Yale Appliance location in Hanover. We worked with Stan P., who was great. He helped us work through some challenges near the time of delivery and he was patient and extremely helpful. Thank you Stan!

Yale Appliance offers fantastic and friendly sales and delivery experiences! Stan helped us choose the right washing machine for us, no pressure tactics. Dorian and his team were super quick, removed our old washer, installed the new, and were gone within 20 minutes. Highly recommend Yale for your appliance needs!

I ordered a refrigerator over the phone. The sales person (Michael) was very helpful and sent me links to the few options that should fit in my space. They sent someone to measure in advance just to be sure. I was told the lead time would be a couple of weeks but the fridge was in stock sooner than originally estimated. Scheduling was easy and they were able to accommodate my preferred time slot. The three men who delivered the fridge were great. We had Truck 10 with Juan and his team. They worked together beautifully, were very careful with the removal and the installation, were friendly and professional, explained what we needed to know, and left no mess. It was a great experience.

A sales lady named April helped us. She was lovely - very helpful. They have several beautiful lines of appliances there, and their prices are in keeping with other stores that sell the same lines. I appreciate their commitment to education and standing behind what they sell. I would recommend them to anyone.

Second refrigerator to be delivered at two separate locations. Delivery employees were on time, did a great job setting up (and removing) appliances, courteous and friendly. Satisfied customers.

This place goes above and beyond. From Kenny in the showroom to the delivery guy (Probably the most friendly jovial person I’ve ever met) this place is amazing. They drop my appliances off, stored them in my garage as we’re currently not ready for our install quite yet. They are going come back to install the appliances once kitchen is ready. The delivery guy took the time to open all the boxes show me that the appliances were undamaged and then sealed them all back up. Yale really is the best place to buy your appliances.

Erik and his install team were great! They were here for under 30 min to deliver, install, level and test-run our new stackable compact Miele washer/dryer set. Great service with a smile. I highly recommend using Yale and Erik’s team of installers.

We had a very tricky install of our Sub Zero as we live in an old home. The 3 guys who brought the Sub Zero into our home were amazing. It was a very tight fit to get the fridge into our home and onto the kitchen. Very professional and exceptional. Thank you.

We had a great experience purchasing our washer and dryer from Yale. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and professional. Our salesperson, April Castle, was wonderful to work with. The delivery driver, Alejandro, was very professional and had the units installed quickly with the help of his team.

Incredible experience. We were fortunate to meet Joshua who knew exactly what we wanted. He was so accommodating and responsive. He was able to locate what we wanted in stock and have it delivered in just a few days. We were quite surprised.
He was straight forward and honest with us and we couldn't be happier.
The delivery process was just as smooth. We were kept informed along the way when the delivery would arrive. The men were professional and friendly.

The showroom experience was excellent from the products displayed to the very knowledgeable team member. (No pressure!) Delivery was on-time and delivery updates are available if desired. Installation was top notch and our washer / dryer was working right away. We shopped at the south shore location. This is our second purchase and won't be the last, I hope!
