I have met some nice cashiers in my time but there is a young gentleman who is so nice and considerate whenever I see him there. Zane I believe is his name. What a nice person who will help out.

The experience there is quite nice and store location is always kept in good condition.

Great selection and customer service is very good also. I need some firewood and one of the CSR's was kind enough to get it from outside of the store and bringing it to me. Good place for food shopping. The best fruits, guaranteed.

I needed a nice cake on short notice & the man working in the Bakery at 5pm was friendly & helpful. I also learned this Shaw's has a large freezer full of cakes ready for easy purchase - nice assortment too!

Great, hardworking staff. Good produce, meat and seafood. Not too big, not too small. Once you know your way around, you can get your shopping done fairly quickly.

Wow great floral section very reasonably priced. Clean well lit, prices well marked on items, well stocked fresh produce section.

Much improved since remodeled. There's much more selection and the quality is better now. I'm surprised they didn't put a self checkout in, but the express lane was fast.

Nice people from the manager on down. The cash register computer works fine so you don't get cheated out of sale prices the way you do at stop & shop.

Small, easy to park, staff are very helpful, Starbucks inside. I do most of my shopping here @ Hanover Shaws.
