I had an issue with a gun I had purchased here (not the stores fault) and while there was some confusion with an employee at first, the owner made everything right and I got a replacement from the factory. They have all the good stuff and not much if any poor choice arms and accessories. If they did credit like fin feather does I would be in incredible trouble as they have alot better selection of new and used guns

Made a few purchases yesterday from the guys at Summit. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was able to get help choosing the right items that fit my lifestyle. They have the best selection I’ve seen out of all the stores in the Cleveland area and also hard to find in stock items. Highly recommend these guys, will be back to let them have the rest of my future paychecks.

About 10 months ago I bought a mini 14 from SA. The gun was hard to find. One was in Iowa. The other in Kentucky. I was extremely lucky to find one in SA store. 17 miles from my house. The staff was very knowledgeable. User friendly. The sale took only a few minutes. A great place to shop. Huge selection.

10/10. Tim is an awesome guy and runs a great business. They sold me a faulty product unknowingly, which they normally don't take returns on. Regardless of that, Tim made it right and then some on top of that. Couldn't recommend enough. A+, Shop and buy with confidence.

Really helpful business owners, I highly highly recommend. I had an issue with another local place that will remain unnamed and called these guys for help and they went above and beyond to help me figure out my problem, then, because it didn't take very long he didn't charge me anything despite saying if it's 5 minutes it's a minimum $50 which I expected / understood. They don't know it but they won a customer for life.

Honestly one of the best gun stores around. I always love checking the website to see what they got. Always have things I never see. Great employees who care about the customer. Favorite place to go. 10/10 each time

Tim and his staff run an absolute first class shop. You'll find the employees to be funny, patient, and highly knowledgeable, and provide you the same level of care whether you're there to spend $300 or $3000 on their incredible selection of quality goods!

I live within five minutes of SA so I can't go there too often or I'll spend way too much money. I've bought several items from Tim and sold a few used pieces to him, he's always given me a fair price. SA has an excellent selection from the more entry level stuff to some of the flashier high dollar pieces, I've bought several from both categories from SA. Tim and staff are top notch and I'm not surprised he's been expanding.

However, that being said...the best employee is still Winston. He's the main reason I go to and will keep going to SA.

They are awesome people there! The owner Tim assisted me at first with a smile, Then I met Shawn. He was super knowledgeable and helped me with setting my form 4 up.

Nice firearms store with a vast selection of firearms, accessories, etc! I stopped in for the first time in search of a holographic sight and the employee was very helpful with any questions I had and I was in and out fast. Will definitely keep these guys in mind for any future needs I might have!

Tim and the crew at Summit Armory run the best gun shop in northeast Ohio hands down!! The selection is awesome as are the prices on items ranging from pistols to rifles to suppressors. The SilencerShop kiosk and the top notch service provided by Summit Armory makes getting a suppressor super easy!! I have bought multiply firearms at the Armory! They are so helpful and friendly. They are community minded and care about making sure their customers are taken care of! I won’t go anywhere else!

Had them accept an FFL transfer for a AR. They were absolutely fantastic and didn't waste any time. Very great store as well, was like Christmas looking at the walls. Absolutely will be returning for future firearm purchases and more. Great job guys.

Great shop. Good selection at fair prices. I found Summit Armory only a few months ago and have already been back a few times. The staff is friendly and happy to answer questions. I’ve also shipped items here and they were helpful and quick letting me know my items arrived.

Best store in the Akron Area hands down. The men working in this store are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I had a great experience, and will definitely be going back for future purchases. Please also read your receipt when making a purchase, the line at the end is worth it's weight in gold and is more true than any slogan I've read. Even if like me you live 30 minutes away, make the drive. You can thank me later.

I picked up a not so common unit from these guys from out of state after finding the unit on AL. They said they ship and ship they did.
1)they were quick to respond to my email inquiry with photos etc
2) they were quick to get my purchase shipped and shipped affordably
3)the unit delivered exceeded expectations.

As an OoS buyer, I’d vouch for these guys. Can’t say what their shop is like as I don’t live in Ohio but I’d do business with these guys again without question.
