Nice! Lots of easy parking. Food is well made, staff is very pleasant, not something you see much of. Very clean comfy dining room is open. Rest room was not so clean, I mentioned it to the staff, and the manager came to me asking about it and got to work to take care of it right away. Good vibe for a casual meal. Love the chicken and cole slaw.

Very fast service in drive thru but down fall is lobby is closed and it is all drive thru experience

Wow. So gooooood. The overall value of a family these days is beyond compare. Was in and out of the drive thru super fast. Window guy was super nice. Food was all hot and tasty when we got home. Spent $16 on a chipotle burrito yesterday at that Hudson location and it was such a disappointment. Never going there again. But I’ll be back to this KFC weekly. Cheers Colonel Sanders and Company.

During a difficult time we decided to come to kfc for dinner and we were given a free cake. The service here is excellent and professional. Thank you for your service and the cake boys enjoyed it.

Went there yesterday (Sunday) everyone there greeted us by saying, Hello. I believe the new manager was also there as well. Very friendly and I wanted a family meal with extra crispy chicken. The lady at the counter said it would be a like two minutes and was apologetic about it. We received our food with a free desert and on our way out the manager waved good bye to us. We will be back, thanks for the friendly service!

I stopped in at KFC in Streetsboro this evening. I'm pretty sure this is the first time I used the drive thru! Let me tell you.. the lady who took my order was just so pleasant and patient with me! She was very helpful as I wasn't very familiar with the menu options. It was a great experience to be waited on by her! Then, I got to the window to pay and pick up my order. The young man working the window was so polite! It was so refreshing to have pleasant people throughout this whole experience! The food was so tasty, too! Nothing seemed dry or over cooked. It was all great! I want to go back thru the drive thru just to experience the kindness again! Kudos to the people at Streetsboro KFC!

This place is so slay and the hot worker with the mustache and tats served me well and I’d love to return the favor someday 🧎🏻The service was quick and the food was really crispy and good and I highly recommend the Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew <333

Food Was Hott and Good. Definitely did some upgrades to building and No bad smell anymore... Will be back again. Good Job

The staff is really friendly and I love coming here during my lunch break. It's not often crowded (inside) and though the drive thru usually has a constant line, the service is still very quick. The food is quite on par with the corporate standards, and everyone seems to be very knowledgeable about the menu. I was surprised to find out that they did not accept the KFC coupons that I received in the mail, but it didn't impact my experience.

This KFC locating has incredible customer service. I always receive exactly what I order with a smile and in a timely manner.

Ordered a large bucket and sides. There was a wait on the chicken to make fresh but I'd rather wait for fresh than be served old so I didn't mind. They made up for the wait and were very nice. All the food was excellent. I'll be back!

We stopped at the KFC in Streetsboro Ohio. Was greeted by a friendly young lady explained what we wanted and she was able to explain how we could do a certain combination that would be a better value for us. our food came out quickly, was hot, and our order miraculously was completely correct. I say miraculously because we have had two horrendous experiences at another KFC location. Apparently the employees there don't know the difference between a chicken breast and thigh. And although I paid an upcharge to get white meat I ended up literally with a bucket of thighs and legs. We had carried it out so it was too late to do anything about it.

I will continue to patronize and recommend the Streetsboro location, this young lady was really above and beyond what one might expect from someone who works in fast food to be perfectly honest. It is a difficult job working with the public. it's nice to see someone who knows what they're doing, cares about what they're doing, and take some pride and doing a good job for their company. The food was yummy.

I just got home from the KFC drive thru and just had to write a review because the workers there were fantastic! I pulled in the drive thru at 8:08 and didn’t leave until 8:22, but it was worth it because even though it looked like all of Streetsboro was getting kfc for dinner, they were very patient and attentive. And I (sorry) happened to have an annoyingly specific order but they didn’t care and made triple sure I had what I ordered, and the lady at the window even popped all the bubbles on the lid of one of my drinks so that I knew which one had light ice. I was just pleasantly surprised at how thoughtful, considerate, and calm the whole staff was even though the drive thru looked insanely busy. Thanks yall!!!
