Vital Parts 2

Very pleased already with my service. I had several other shops in town that we're way less than helpful with even allowing me to bring in my trailer in to look at it. Just had a broken lug bolt and needed some bearing service. I called Vital Parts, setup an appt. within 2 days of my call, and they called me about an hour and a half after dropping it off telling me it's finished. Now, I feel 100% more confident in my cross-country move I'm about to make happen. Super happy I found these guys! Very pleasant service experience.

Eric and the guys are super cool. I've bought my plow and my trailer from them, and sent friends there that did the same. Very reasonable prices and quick turnaround. They'll go out of thier way to make sure you're 100% satisfied. Highly recommended.

Eric and crew are great. I've been here multiple times. They've helped me with trailer axels, break controllers, leaf springs and many other repairs. They are my go to place for parts and service. Definitely recommend.

Erik is the guy to go to for any trucks or trailers fabrications and parts, i work with Erik for 6-7 years now and he never fails me, price is very reasonable, highly recommend Erik and the crew

Very impressed! Erik's customer service is top notch and their prices are very reasonable. I've been shopping for a gooseneck dump trailer and was prepared to go to Albuquerque for the best deal, including the cost of the trip. Then I found Vital Parts had what I needed at a better price.

This is my second review in a year but it needed saying. I called Erik to see about getting a part for my trailer. His first question was if it was something that would be under warranty. I said even if it would have been, the part was damaged by use (OK, abuse!) and I would not want to pursue a warranty claim. Rather than send me to the manufacturer from whom the transaction may have taken quite some time and rather than buy the product retail and mark it up, he found it for me at a competitor.
To me, that is above and beyond the level of service one sees these days. And it is the reason I will continue to buy from Vital Parts in the future.

These guys are at A1 Company and I would definitely recommend them to any of my associates, family or just the public in general. They have greatly taken care of us and have always made sure my equipment was taken care of and running properly every single time I brought my Equipment needs to their attention.
