Great spot. Owner has always been kind, respectful and informative. Appreciate that he’s not just trying to sell you what he wants to get off the shelf, but would rather sell you the product that fits your needs.

I don't ever write reviews but I love this vape shop so much I decided why not. The people who own it are friendly and down to earth! The prices are affordable on my tight budget and they keep their products stocked up. I have never left without the juice or pods I went for. This is a big one for me since I have encountered vape shops that were often lacking in the products I needed. I also love their two dogs who I always look forward to seeing and can never resist not to give them treats or to pet them while I am waiting for my order to be rang up. If you are looking for a new vape shop this store should be given a chance because you won't be disappointed.

This is on of the best vape shops in our area. They just opened a franchise shop down the street that doesnt even compare to the quality, knowledge, prices, availability and customer service of Vapors Heaven you guys keep up the great work and you have a customer for life thank you!!

Excellent customer service! Unlike champion cloud, these people do not just sell you something to sell you something then make you feel less than the next time for buying what they sold you! Vapor heaven is much more enjoyable on every level!

Updated edit to my original rating. I still give 5 stars. The owners and staff arr top notch! Prices are great. Discounts to first responders is extremely appreciated. My only suggestion is a better selection of mods and better hours. If they were open later i would shop here ALL the time and no where else. However, due to their early closing time, I'm sometimes forced to shop at other stores. I would much rather give my money and support to these fine folks if i could, but my work hours sometimes prevent me from getting there before closing. Anyways, they are great people, owners and staff alike. Will definitely be returning.

I absolutely LOVE this shop, their products, and the staff! Everyone who works there is super nice, knowledgeable about their products, and always happy to help. I drove about 40 minutes to get there, even though there are shops closer because, I trust the product and the staff who work there. I've recommended this shop to everyone who is interested! Great prices, excellent service!

Very friendly and very helpful staff. The salt nic juices are kind of expensive here versus the place in austintown and they don't let you smell or try any of the flavors unless they already have one that's open like other stores do.

I've been to a few shops before and after coming here.
I wasn't really sure what I wanted or even needed and the places I went really didn't have answers or take the time to help me. From the moment I walked into his store he took the time to figure out where I should start and where my money would get me the best deal. After finding the right vape mod we went to finding what kind of juice I like. Never vaping before I didn't know what to expect. The owner took the time to figure out where my taste is and didn't rush me to figure out what I wanted. He also didn't take my money and push me out the door either.
Even after being a returning customer, I get to watch his interaction with other customers and he really goes out of his way to make each one feel wanted, full attention on them, and treats them with the best customer service I've ever seen.
Prices........ they are amazing! You really get an amazing deal coming here!

Great shop. Good service. Seemed like a good guy. Very helpful. Took time to answer questions and drop some knowledge on a beginner. Only thing he pushed on me was trying different flavors for free. Even hooked me up with a discount! Thanks man!

Sandy did the pleasure of selling me my first vape. I came in looking for something to help me stop smoking, and she knew exactly what I needed. As someone that works in sales, I can't stress enough how enjoyable it was to speak to someone that is an expert on her product. I would highly recommend shopping here!

Stopped in earlier today to get some coils and to look, ended up buying a mod and a rda because of how good the prices were. Great shop with very friendly owners who weren't afraid to stop and talk to you! Ended up spending about a hour in there! Really good selection of juices and mods alike! Overall this was one of the best vape shops that I've been to in a good while!

I visited Vapors Heaven while in Ohio to see family. Being from Pennsylvania, I am used to higher prices on juice and coils. Vapors Heaven has prices that beat every shop I usually go to at home and it was a fantastic experience. The girls were helpful, kind and patient as I explored brands and flavors I've never had before and eventually made my purchase. My only complaint is that they do not have a website to order from. :)
