MaryEllen was amazing. She could see I was overwhelmed and confused. She walked me through the process in the store and had great patience during her time helping me. The gentleman at the front check in was also helpful although I didn't catch his name. Thank you!

Make an appointment online — you’ll be helped a lot quicker! The staff are friendly & efficient. They made it easy to swap our cable boxes & internet modem as we were having issues with slowness.

I have to say i had a great experience at the store. My plan was to just to return equipment . i was having a problem with my landline from comcast at home but i had to plans to have it fixed at the store.
I had a young gentleman meet me at the door that worked at the store his name was Erik Fralick. I told him i was returning equipment and i mentioned to him that i was just having a problem with phones at home. He said to me that we are going to fix that .

Wow, I wasnt expecting that. He got on his computer and helped me solved the problem.

Someday he will be a manager he was great i appreciate his help it was greatly appreciated.

Never have we ever encountered such excellent service from a staff person named Nick S., His warmth and patience (for we are older) was like taking a step back in time. Everyone was also very nice.
We have been with Comcast since the beginning of cable and when we move, hopefully in January Comcast will be there to put us back on the grid.

This was great. Plenty of help to assist right away. And you can make an appointment. Thankfully I haven't had to visit the Xfinity people in a while and I was dreading the old store. This was a much better experience.

To be clear, this review is for ERIK at the Xfinity store and NOT Xfinity wireless in general, as their service has been faulty from day one. My daughter and I went to the Plymouth Xfinity store today, as she has been dealing with ongoing issues with her Xfinity cell service since May 2022...yes...almost one year. After speaking with 25+ "dedicated team" Xfinity employees since 2022 whether by online chat or by phone... nothing dedicated about them, hysterical... we deemed this truly a waste of time and finally decided to visit the Plymouth store in the hopes of rectifying her phone issues. Erik was our guy and thank the heavens he knew what he was doing because we had absolutely no faith in ANY Xfinity employees at this point. He fixed the issues with her service and explained what went wrong from day one with her original SIM card, he installed a new SIM and connected with another employee online to be sure all was running well on Xfinity's end. I would recommend Erik at this store to anyone with issues regarding their wireless service but I'm sure the other employees are just as knowledgeable. Thanks Erik!

Very friendly and great customer service! I agree with one review about doesn’t make sense to check in just to return something with one person then have to wait to see another person. But it was nice to be treated as soon as I walked in and I didn’t have to carry the product around while waiting. All in all maybe 10 minutes all together!

Awesome. I needed a new remote. I walked in and they gave it toe. I had been putting that errand off for months thinking it was going to be a hassle. Idk. It just seems most things are a pain in the butt, esp family, yet, I was pleasantly surprised and everyone had a smile.

Who would have thought I would rate the cable company store 5 stars?? It’s all about the people, who are knowledgeable and helpful but not at all pushy. I’ve been here three or four times in the past couple years and the experience has been very pleasant each time. Be sure to book an appointment to save time!

I actually stopped in and spoke to the manager. Long story short switched networks, couldn't bring my S9+ yet. They gave me a timeline of 1 month and exactly as promised I now have my unlocked phone from another carrier hassle free and great service.

I recently set up Xfinity Internet. I was able to start my service online and I chose to pick up my self installation kit here. (As otherwise it charges $30 for their service person to come home and do the work for you). I was able to pick up the equipment quickly. Staff was very nice. They provided me all information. I was able to install all equipment very easily and Internet is working great. Hoping to have a great service from them
