The Wakefield Mall

The biggest mall in Wakefield. Jennifer's Chocolates are the bomb, and the only store that has been around for as long as I can remember. The cell phone repair shop is top notch, the owner is excellent. Now they have a gym.

Most people wouldn't really call this a mall because it is really, really tiny. It is basically a collection of about a dozen or so stores, some accessible from outside and some only from inside. I rated it high because, for true Rhode islanders, it is nostalgic. It's also nice and clean with decent stores.

I was there to drop off copies of my new book, The Monkey Man and was pleased with the response by the staff at Wakefield Books. The place was clean and bustling with activity

I grew up with this mall. It keeps evolving to what we need. Currently it's fitness, food, shoes and Real books. Panera, Shaw's and Planet Fitness with an unhealthy dose of McDonald's a hundred yards away. Great place to park and watch the 4th fireworks.

Really good place to get things for visitors and locals. They have a mini mall next to Shaws which has cute little stores, hair and nails place and a restaurant.

Shaws is my go-to grocery in Wakefield. The selection of organics in all departments is abundant. The prices for those products are reasonable.

Used to be a beat up plaza it’s very nice to see it coming up with so many stores all new and clean

Island outfitters has the best men's and women's clothes. Plus they have costa sunglasses!!

Top notch service done promptly at a fair price. It seems like you don't get that to often any more.

Great shopping....The Paper Store, Pow Science (marvelous toys for our grands), Jennifer Chocolates,( delicious!!!), Wakefield Books( great selections for all ages - books, toys, puzzles, etc) and then there's Panera( great sandwiches and salads for lunch or dinner). Full service, one stop shopping!

Great location, has everything I need for the week. There's quite a few new stores as well, worth checking out.

I go to planet fitness everyday. I like the hallway with the stores and bathroom nearby.

Love this charming mall by the beach! I do my weekly grocery shopping at Shaws and take classes at Planet Fitness.

Check out some of the independent shops while you’re there, they have one of the best chocolate and candy stores around!

Butchers ALWAYS helpful, knowledgable and very professional. They help me pick just what I need and having a butcher who will help and package the meat the way I need is a huge + much better than another chain market in town.
I always find what I need, prices are comparable to others but weekly sales are great.

Shaws food store and Staples are the two anchors in this smaller kind of mall. There is an entrance where you can access a handful of indoor shops. We visited Jennifer's Chocolates and Wakefield Books. Everyone was super friendly. Folks even helped open doors for our family member who is in a wheelchair. The Shaws has high-quality foods but the prices were high. Go for the weekly specials and you will not be disappointed. A small two-layer cake was $22. The larger round cakes (looked like three layers) were $49. One dozen non-organic, non-free- range brown eggs are still selling for $4.99. One gallon of whole milk was over $5. Really? Kind of an insult.

Love this place, so super cute! And no lines for Santa, yay!

This is my weekly go-to! It’s a small shopping center but has almost everything you might need.

Parking is ample and I went to shaws for groceries. Good prices and variety. Shelves were full
