Great selection, almost everything you need on the cheap! Not a whole lot of energy drinks, nonalcoholic cooler beverages, however, the amount of specialty liquor available is incredible for the size of the place. Everyone I know shops here for cases, racks, kegs, wine, etc. and gifts, especially. Prices for everything are great and very affordable.

The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. One Christmas, I went looking for a dark liquor to gift my step-dad. I asked a guy for a recommendation. I told him he liked local whiskey, liked to sip a drink after dinner, and that he was Portuguese. He pointed me to not just one but 3 different bottles to help me make an informed decision. I appreciated that. I bought my step-dad a brown liquor in a classy bottle that was made and distributed outside of Boston, and he enjoyed it a lot! Thanks Wakefield Liquors!

very knowledgeable about wine. you can find some really good steals here as well, with a pretty strong representation from portugal. like most places they have a lot of California wines but I don't drink those so, I rely on strong old world representations and these guys do a good job

Fantastic liquor selection here - small but Incredibly diverse. Sure they have your Tito’s or Johnny Black, but they have Rhum Agricolae, Eagle Rare, and numerous Amaros, too. I was in from out of town and found this place a treasure trove I will surely revisit.

Wakefield Liquors has basically anything you could want 😂😅 Definitely a great liquor store. Always packed with new drinks and wines. They have a HUGE selection. Check them out! Very kind staff as well 😁

Nice helpful staff and a wide selection, especially of various wines, with weekly tastings Friday/Saturday I believe (subscribe to their newsletter). Tim especially is awesome worker. Right in the middle of Wakefield, corner of Kingstown Rd & Main St > Tower Hill Rd.

I worked in retail for 14 years so I can appreciate good customer service, which is just what I experienced at Wakefield Liquors. I wish I asked the associates name as she went above and beyond for me but unfortunately I did not. She went out of her way to make my experience exceptional and I can’t thank her enough for being so kind.

An extensive offering of beer and wine choices. The ability to build your own 6 pack sampler from a wall of singles is why I switched and will never go elsewhere. The wine advice has been very good.

There are several liquor stores in the area. Each one seems to have a different pricing approach, and each one had something cheaper than the others. Wakefield liquors is reasonably average priced,but I mostly go there for their wine selection. The wines are arranged well, there are reliable staff picks, and in the nearly 7 years I been shopping there I've never had to return a wine.

Nice spot to pick up booze. An awesome employee helped me pick out some great Rose at a very good price...and then she put more expensive price tags on it so my guests thought I went all out on their beverages. I will definitely return.

Really extensive selection at reasonable prices. The staff selections are excellent. We have enjoyed shopping for our alcohol needs here for over 10 years!!

With a recently expanded retail space, there is now an entire store added to the original dedicated solely to wines from around the world and staffed with knowledgeable help. Liquors, mixers, ice, and beers and ales including those locally produced are available in the original store.

The main focus of this place is wine and they do a great job. I worked with Jeff to supply our wedding with great, affordable wines and they were very helpful. I love the selection and someone can always provide helpful commentary.
