She helped us find a new home that was perfect for us, advised us on a winning bid strategy, and helped us navigate any issues along the way. Her relationship with other realtors, attorneys, and mortgage lenders, made everything easier to accomplish. She has a strong understanding of the local housing market and is reliable, attentive, and extremely helpful. Jen listened and helped us reach our goal. I can't thank Jane Coit and her JCrew enough for their amazing work getting us through an emotional journey selling our house of 45 years. The house featured woodland gardens that I had worked on for more than 30 years. Jane's amazing drone videos accentuated the gardens that led to finding buyers that were a perfect fit! She also had a keen eye on the market, and we managed to sell at a higher price than we expected. We were so pleased that we asked her to help us buy our new condo. It is with great pleasure that my Wife and I submit a review of our experience with Jane Coit Real Estate. There were many things which Jane and her entire team did in order to expedite the sale of our home on North Hill Road in Plymouth and without comprising the asking price. First, she had her husband do a complete photo layout using a drone so that perspective buyers could visit with her and her team at her office to dramatically view every inch of the property before visiting the open house date. From day one Jane took a personal interest that all aspects of preparation both inside and out and kept us informed on a daily basis.
When the open house date arrived Jane called us before one hour had passed and informed us that a perspective buyer had visited and would consider offering a price in excess of the asking price. They were so impressed with the home and especially impressed with Jane that they requested a couple of hours to visit with family. They returned and made an offer which ended up larger than we ever expected. Marilyn and I highly recommend Jane Coit Real Estate.
