Highland Dental Group and Orthodontics

I've had nothing but great experiences while visiting this location. Robert and Daisy at the front desk are extremely friendly and patient. The three dentists that helped me today, Gerardo, Judy, and Jose are similarly friendly as well as great at communication. In the past, I have experienced dentists who just silently start operating, which can come off as a little intimidating. The dentists here, however, are the complete opposite. They make their patients feel at ease -even through shots and drilling- by talking about their process and giving warnings for things that they are about to do. They were extremely attentive to any of my needs, and I appreciate everyone's positive and friendly attitudes.

I love the whole staff here. They smile and chat with me, and I feel seen and heard. I love my hygienist Sam. She always discusses my choices and is very focused on my comfort.❤

From Robert at the front desk, to Dr. Sudhakar, DDS, Marvin Dr.’s Assistant and Ashely my Hygienist everyone here is so attentive and professional and nice! Also, Rosie from appointments, very nice. I’m a new patient and I’m very impressed with this business.
Also, they have the newest technology which makes everything go faster and smoother. Everything done on site, thank you to you all for making my visit a good one.

Everyone is very friendly. All staff thoroughly and patiently explains procedures, coverage, etc. Good appointment availability to work around work schedules. Hygienist Ashely was awesome! Very pleased with her work. Very reassuring throughout and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!

I've never been a fan of the dentist, but I'm glad I made the switch to Highland Dental Group! From my first visit everyone was kind and answered any questions that I had. The doctor who did my initial exam was gentle and thorough. My hygienist Sam made my deep cleaning experience waay less scary than it was in my mind and her general attitude and conversation made it a good time. I can honestly say I'm excited to continue my oral healthcare with her and the rest of the team for my follow ups. Plus, they take Delta Dental 👍

I had to have a crown applied and Dr.Chokka did a great job! The crown was done so efficiently and wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. He was very attentive and kind.
Also Sam, my hygienist, did a great job with my thorough cleaning and a laser treatment for my gums.
Gerardo at the front desk was super helpful also and explained my dental plan and payment options.
I’ve been coming to this office for years now and highly recommend.

I wish I could give them 10+ stars. From the minute you walk in you get greeted right away . They are very professional, respectful, caring, thorough, clean, overall great. My sugar dropped unexpectedly and the office manager Gerardo was very quick to get me something from the store to bring it up. Hygienist Ivan and dental assistants Jerrick and Marv were also on top of everything. Dr. Chakka and his team go over everything and answer all your questions without hesitation. Best customer service all around.

They are kind and informative. They are thorough but gentle when cleaning and performing other needed work on your teeth and gums. They let you know what you need done but aren't pushy. They have an amazing staff from their office personnel to their assistants like Eileen, dental hygienists like Ashley, and dentists like Dr. Sun. I highly recommend them!

A very, very professional staff the Doctor Chaka very knowledgeable and takes d time to explain the issue in a way u understand it, Hygienist Ashley was very friendly and did an excellent job, Thank u Highland Dental Group definitely need one offices like this.
