The 2 Brands trail is absolutely beautiful. A 5 mile loop taking you through all sorts of terrain. From a neighborhood, some ponds, a small ridge line, and along the hog backs. Get out there and hike it.

Not the most enthralling landscape but a very nice place to walk and hike. Trails were dry despite every place else being muddy, and it was uncrowded even on a saturday. I will be bringing my horses here because the trails are free of rocks and dry and there weren't many cyclists, thankfully. Nice views but nothing terribly exciting.

Hildebrand is a great little 5 mile loop winding along the hogback and down a valley through the fields overlooking Chatfield State Park and Botanical Gardens at Chatfield. You eventually pass through a neighborhood that has a small lake for bird viewing and you might even be lucky enough to catch a Sand Hill Crane during migration. Expect to see an occasional coyote or deer if you're there at dusk or dawn. You may also hot air balloons. Great place for a nice mountain bike ride on the loop, or get a brutal climb to the top of Black Bear Trail with a wonderful view.

Very pretty with dusting of snow at sunset. Professional photography needs permit. Trail is mostly in flat open space heading toward Trailmark community. These pictures all taken from parking lot. 😁

Excellent trails with great views. The loop can be a bit tricky to stay on as it goes through a park and housing area, but is really nice the entire way. There is basically no shade at all unless you go late enough in the day. This trail also connects to Deer Creek Canyon Park. The parking lot is well maintained and has an easy entry way. Absolutely worth a visit. I will be back.

New black bear trail to Deer Park is great. Steep in spots and exposure, so just be prepared.

This is a great pretty flat place to come and walk just to the east of the Dakota hogback please stay on the trail is there a rattlesnakes. If however you have a phobia of cowboys, you're fine as we didn't see a single cowboy at this ranch

This place can get busy. There is a small parking one so get there early if you want to use the space. There is a easy single track mountain bike path that's approximately a 3 mile loop. It is a very easy but still fun and because of its Western exposure you can ride year round and in almost all weather conditions

Great place to hike or mountain bike. Great views of the city. Go place to take photos. Rustic old barn next to the parking lot.

We had a nice lunch here with me, my wife and her mother. Her mother is old and uses a walker so we need place with picnic tables close to parking and easy to get to. This place had that, albeit only one picnic table that I could see. This was the 3rd place we tried as the other parks in the area had the tables we could use taken. So that means this place is accessible when others are not so good find for picnic lunch. Very pretty, peaceful setting. Porta-Potty was disgusting though, FYI.

This park now connects to Deer Creek Canyon. The switch backs are #insane! Part of the trail is carved out of the rock and is particularly dangerous. It offers spectacular views. I encourage exploring this trail but exercising safety first. It is particularly fun in the winter when it is less crowded.

Just love this loop, all open so no shade, but a really nice distance and great views. Also very easy for the novice runner or mtb
