What a wonderful experience with the Wadsworth/Chatfield Walgreens! Joe was extremely helpful with locating another Walgreens in the area that could fill my prescription sooner. I had a special case scenario and needed it asap and he was both accommodating and friendly. Thank you!

Kudos to this Walgreens location! I was ready to switch to anything other than Walgreens after poor service at three nearby locations. I had a last minute prescription prior to traveling. No other ones in the area were willing to fill it. Very nice gentlemen was extremely helpful and told me to give them an hour. When I arrived the lady at the drive thru was so friendly and chatted while she rung up the order. Will be using this Walgreens from now on despite having three others closer to where I live

The Employees are always willing to help if you need something. The Pharmacy employees and Pharmacist are all very helpful and always ready to help you with any questions, they go out of there way to help you. They even help you find additional coupons if your prescription’s are over expensive especially at the beginning off the year when you have to start meeting your deductibles. I’ve always felt welcomed there.

All the staff at this store are very friendly.
I must say though that the Pharmacists are extremely professional, and more than that they’re kind and conscientious. They are proactive about taking the steps that need to happen to satisfy the customer — without having to be asked. More than once they’ve volunteered to make the necessary calls I’d be requesting, before I had to ask. They’ve offered assistance that, in other pharmacies I’ve been made to feel was putting someone out, or a chore. Good advice, pleasant and understanding every time!

My doctor called in the wrong prescription and I didn't know it util I got home. It was $53.00. I went back to get the correct prescription and the pharmacist told me she couldn't give me any money back for it even tho is was not opened (It was a sealed tube of ointment, not a bottle that could be tampered with). However, what she did was great!!! She was able to give me the new prescription at a HUGE discounted rate. I appreciated that act of kindness so much! I will get all of my prescriptions at this location from now on. Thank you Walgreens!!!!

This location, the pharmacy in particular, is one of the best. Customer service is always above and beyond. The pharmacists and techs are helpful, informative, and really have gone out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction each and everytime.

This is my favorite Walgreens location ever. Rhonda in the pharmacy is one of the nicest people i've ever met and always goes out of her way to answer all my questions and solve all my problems (I have many lol). The manager is awesome he always recognizes me and makes sure I'm doing okay and all the cashiers are smiley and sweet. I'll always go here no questions asked!!!!!

I had to visit this location a couple different time for my photo prints, Hayden in the photo department is great! He helped me with my 16 x 20 prints. Friendly, helpful and great customer service skills. The rest of the staff at this store I am not so sure about, made me feel more like an inconvenience shopping at this location. I will be sure to check and see when Hayden is working from now on.

The pharmacy here was terrific. Hats off to the woman pharmacist that helped me with my covid vaccine. Professional, friendly, I’m grateful for the awesome service.

This store is always clean and organized with the friendliest staff. Maryann who runs the makeup counter is so knowledgeable and everyone that works their is helpful.
