Ann, Jordan, and Steve are terrific. My mother has been going there for years and I've seen them in action. They are thorough in going over prescriptions being picked up. Caring in treating everyone with warmth, professionalism, and understanding. No matter how busy they are, you won't see them rushing their comments or being brusk; don't know how they stay so calm! Acknowledges everyone when they come up to the pharmacy.

And when you have questions, they are diligent in their understanding and provide helpful, informative answers.

Best pharmacy in the city without question. Professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

Rude and impatient staff member who laughed at my frustration that they couldn't figure out how to process my insurance correctly. This is my closest pharmacy now and I will willingly drive across town to my old pharmacy where the staff is helpful, non judgmental, and proactive.

My partner went to pick up his prescription that he called the previous day and confirmed it was available. Came into today to pick up he prescription and said it to wait that they needed to fill it and had him wait 50 mins. He checked in half way to see why it was taking so long and was told they were sure they had it but then said they did have it and we’re going to fill it now. Then after another wait told him they did not have it. Questioned him about his insurance saying it did not cover that brand and only the generic brand. My partner stated he had new insurance that he was providing.The pharmacist said it still would not be covered before even looking at it. My partner felt like he was being treated different and the head pharmacist was being dismissive. While watching the pharmacist treat others in a different manner and being friendly. Not sure if this was a race issue but unacceptable regardless. Also if you can’t fill the prescription why did it take almost an hour to figure that out.
