I still use this store for all my business needs even though I've recently moved closer to a different UPS location. Amethyst is exceptional in handling such a wide range of tasks. Can't say enough good things about Amethyst's knowledge, wide range of skills, & customer service attitude in all matters & situations. I used to be a customer service manager so I notice a lot of the little things Amethyst does in delivering truly exceptional service consistently, time after time!

Every.Single.Time we frequent this store (which is a lot) we are impressed with the customer service. From using the computer to print out an Excel document -- to printing out color photos on their copiers using a thumb drive -- to shipping items that I've already packed -- to shipping items that I need them to pack (and all of them arrive so safely and promptly) -- to just dropping off us post office letters as there is not a Post Office anywhere close, really -- we are thankful and happy with this store for it all.

I have a mailbox here so that my mail doesn't get stolen and I usually visit 4-5 times a week to grab mail! The ladies at the front are extremely nice and helpful, but I do recommend trying not to go during busy hours or else the line can get quite long. My package was also damaged when shipping out and they gave me a full refund and insurance covered the cost of the item as well which was extremely nice.

This UPS store is outstanding in their customer service. I have visited this store for 3 years, always greeted with smiles and have gone out of thier way to fufill my needs,

Alicia was very helpful. I couldn’t seem to find a real person using the 1-800 number so Alicia offered to call for me and change the address on my package. Answered very promptly and acted professionally.
