Phenomenal place! We had a large group and the smiles on everyone's faces were there the entire time. People kept commenting on how comfortable the beds were and how great the cabins were. The staff was attentive, the activities were fun, and the food was fresh and incredible! I absolutely love this place. We will be returning.

Hands down, one of the best dude/guest ranches I’ve been to! It was only an hour and a half outside of the city, fairly easy to get to with following their directions. The entire staff was incredible! I went solo for a few days as my husband was watching golf and march madness all weekend. The horseback riding was excellent! Amazing wranglers! There are different levels for everyone. I did the intermediate and progressive. The food was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and cozy. I can’t wait to go back! I made a few friends there too!

Hands down the best Colorado trip I've ever taken. Between multiple horseback riding trips into the mountains, delicious food, high quality service, square dancing, trap shooting and the list goes on. This is a one of a kind experience - couldn't be more grateful!

Such a blessing to our family. We are headed back this year again. It’s a gem of a place to recharge and disconnect and enjoy the amazing beauty of creation. Staff is next level amazing and they seriously make the entire thing! From 2 to 67 and everyone in between, we loved it. Such a special place.

Had an unbelievable time!! Amazing food, amazing staff, and the landscape is some of God’s artwork at its finest. All wranglers were very professional and helpful for any type of rider. But Gill definitely stood out as the best wrangler on the ranch. He was very eager to accommodate our every need and made every ride we went on an adventure.

Honestly the best family vacation we have ever taken. The staff is incredible- they go above and beyond in every way to make sure your stay is perfect. We did everything from trap shooting, fly fishing, 2 horseback rides per day (every level offered from beginner to advanced), line dancing, hiking, barrel racing, steering cattle and so much more. The food is excellent. The accommodations well equipped with comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. I cannot recommend this ranch more highly. Cannot wait to return!

This place was outstanding. The people their were really friendly and very professional. They would call you by your name each day. The food was outstanding. The cabins were great. Especially with the fire place. Plenty of wood to keep the fire going. The rider's that took us out each day were outstanding and very helpful. Line dancing was awesome. Can't wait to go again. Great place to go relax and have fun. Just there one week ago. A 5 Star Dude Ranch.

This is one of our favorite trip destinations, we all LOVE it, the food is great, the horses are very friendly and the wranglers are the nicest people on earth! There is so much to do there and everyone is always friendly. There are multiple levels of horseback riding and we always get better. The location is remote, but calm and beautiful. It is a great place to take a hike or just take in the scenery. They have many activities other than riding, including fishing, trapshooting, and swimming. They are very accommodative and we are always exited for our yearly trip!

We took our family of 5 and I can't speak highly enough of Lost Valley Ranch. The rides: fantastic. The accommodations: a cozy throwback. But it's the staff that really make this place shine. 😎 From the wranglers to the waitrii, they met us and immediately remembered our names. If they could make something happen (like I wanted to do some amateur fly fishing) they did. They are the icing on the cake. Character+

Incredible experience for kids and adults of all ages. There is something for everyone at Lost Valley. The land itself is astonishingly beautiful, verdant, placid, gorgeous. The staff is incredible, beyond fantastic, amazingly courteous and friendly so be sure to be kind to them. There are different activities every day of the week and they are all so fun that I tried to do almost all of them and I was ridiculously sore the entire week after my "vacation" at Lost Valley. I loved the women's and breakfast rides, hiking, trap shooting, eating dinner with different wranglers, the staged productions, the convenience of laundry facilities, and so much more. My friend booked a massage and loved it. I guess that means I have to return to get a massage too. Despite my allergies, food was always beyond scrumptious. I kid you not -- outstanding cooks! This is just about the best place I've ever visited. The setting is beautiful, the staff are hard-working and friendly, and you'll be treated like royalty while you are there. For families with children, Lost Valley is the perfect vacation. The children's programs keep them happy and busy all day--supervised by attentive and caring staff--so parents can go riding, hike, swim, shoot trap, or just relax, but at the same time, many of the activities during the week make it easy to have wonderful family time, as well. The food is quite good and more than plentiful. Even with all the activity, it's entirely possible to gain weight!

My family spent many summer vacations at Lost Valley when I was a child and we've returned for many years now that we're grown and have children of our own. When we drive down the last stretch of road to the Ranch, my children always say, "We're home!"

Awesome stay! Everything was great. Food was delicious, horse rides with the snow were especially spectacular, and service was amazing. Loved that the hot tub was 24 hrs and that they stocked the cabin with plenty of firewood. Cabins were also really nice and more spacious than expected (stayed in Quakin Aspen and Ponderosa Pine). The activities they planned like line dancing also made it fun and it felt like family hospitality. Expensive, but definitely felt worth it, and already wanting to plan coming back. Apparently the summer is a great time to stay and would love to come back for that.

Love it. Our family always has so much fun here. Wonderful staff and facilities. They have thought of everything. There is always something to do whether participating in the many programs, hiking or just hanging out on the cabin decks.

Lost valley is a beautiful place with access to national forests. The newly remodeled pool and hot tub area is beautiful and relaxing. The staff was attentive and not over bearing. We rode horses one day and the wranglers took care of us and coached us on riding. The cabin we stayed in was nice and had a fun Western atmosphere.

We were just there this weekend and it was an incredible experience. The staff were all very kind and there for anything you needed. Riding in the mountains is an experience like nothing else! Such a friendly atmosphere and a lot of fun. Highly recommend.

Amazing! I selfishly don't want to leave a review because I want to keep this place all to myself. Truly though it is a great place! If you love horses you will love this place. The staff were amazing at their jobs. So friendly and knowledgeable and really made the effort to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend

One of my favorite places on Earth. I highly recommend taking a sunrise hike (wake up at 4 or 5) up Sheep's rock, the view of the sunrise is incredible. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Square dancing is always a blast and (if you have someone with you who can lead it) there are some great spots for rappelling and bouldering. The food is excellent and the views of God's nature are incredible. I hope I can come back soon.

This is my favorite place on earth. I am greeted with warm and friendly staff who treat me like family. The lodges are the best that I have ever stayed. I have found nothing more relaxing than spending an afternoon wondering around and just enjoying the little beauties here. The location is stunning and remains beautiful considering the fire scarred area around it in every direction. Though it is more expensive you get every penny worth of expense in experience. This will be an unforgettable experience for you and whoever you get to spend it with!

Just amazing! Food was so great! Dining team of Carrie, Josie and Sarah - they knew our names and our family. Nolan, Evan and Kendra were stellar at the corral and with the horses. They never made me feel dumb. Rooms were super clean and well appointed. And a thank you for Michael for the late night firepit time with our group.
