Ute Creek Trailhead

I really don't understand the bad reviews because of bad weather 🤨🙄, is like complaining to mother nature. Anyway this is such beautiful and challenging hike, getting to the summit is so majestic with all the rock formations at 🦬 peak, I really had a great time and this makes me love Colorado even more.

Access to two wonderful 12ers: Bison and McCurdy Peaks.

Incredible place. Lots of access to water. Trailhead wasn't busy at all. Very gradual incline for at least the first 3 miles. Good options for a tent or hammock. Views are best on the way back out.

I loved this hike. I definitely recommend this to relatively experienced hikers. Long hike but it was fun!

Relaxing. Easy to locate. Easy treck. The beginning has steps to get on the bridge so it is not wheelchair accessible.

Prepare for a climb. Bison is a whole different world. One the most diverse ecosystem hikes in lost park.

Super beautiful the creek was still running..just a heads up the parking lot is super small go early

No bathroom at the trailhead. Good amount of parking but not huge.
