Plymouth KinderCare

My nieces and nephew have gone to KinderCare in Plymouth for years and have loved it, and then I enrolled my baby and she's been going since she was 6 months. I absolutely love the center and ALL the staff is AMAZING..they are so welcoming, super hands on, caring, GREAT communication. All around great and clean center with AMAZING staff!

The infant and toddler teachers are amazing and took great care of my daughter. As an infant they held her and comforted her, and as a toddler they're teaching her how to do group activities, socialize with manners, and explore the things around her. The center itself is bright, clean, and has a great playground!

I love this place and so does my daughter. She learns alot and has tons of fun. She likes all the teachers and office ladies as do I. Makes me so happy in these tuff times that she can go back to "normal" she's missed learning and playing whith her freinds. Everyone who I've talked to are very nice and are working hard to keep everyone safe. I'm so grateful I get a voucher and that kindercare on pilgrim hill road had a great open spot for us. I hope to keep her there until she's too old to go 😊😊 Thank you so much.

Plymouth KinderCare is amazing. The women who work there get to know you, and your child, extremely well. They are personable and kind. They work and develop your child into a wonderful person. I can't say enough good things about the ladies that work here! I recommend this KinderCare location to everyone.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! As a nervous new mom they did whatever they could to put my nerves at ease. My daughter learns so much from them and she loves her teachers!

We have had a great experience working with KinderCare! The teachers are great and we trust the center to take good care of our kids.

I absolutely love this day care, the teachers are very great an they work very well with you an your child.. The management is wonderful there self's an they are very understanding!

My daughter goes to kindercare and she loves it .I like how everyday they take pics of your child doing activities. They are very clean and friendly. I would highly recomend this daycare

My son has been going there for a year now and i have to tell you it’s very special and extremely rewarding to see how
much he’s grown, hear about his friends and how much he loves his teachers. He looks forward to school everyday. (even on weekends talks about going!) Thank you for all your hard work!

Daughter has been going there since she was an infant. Daughter loves going there everyone on the staff we've encountered always been friendly and helpful

I’m very disappointed in the level of care and the lack of attention to cleanliness. I brought my concerns to the director and the district leader, but they were downplayed and dismissed. On top of this, they regularly forget to send my child home with all of his things and he’s often coming home with unexplained cuts and bruises. I would highly suggest attending a different daycare that gives you more value for your money.

I absolutely despise KinderCare. My son went there when he turned 15 months old and by the time he was 3 yrs they kicked him out. The teachers are very under qualified and always stressed out. My son took nothing educational from this daycare. He has a behavior disability and rather then help with the situation they basically threw him away. They gave me less than a weeks notice to obtain a PCA in order for him to stay. When I got the information needed for an aid they said they do not work with that group. I am so mad I wasted years of my time and money there and I tell everyone I know the horror stories of that place. Such as, new bruises and cuts EVERYDAY because the teachers do not pay attention. The center director would always tell me stories of going out and getting drunk and would bad mouth other parents to me. HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. my son is now in a FANTASTIC program right down the street and is thriving everyday. KinderCare is the worst thing that ever happened to us. The location I am referring to is in Plymouth MA on Pilgrim Hill Rd. Absolutely horrible

Teachers are incredibly abusive, management is doing nothing about the problem. This is a massive issue at this place and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. No child should be yelled at or made fun of by their teacher! If you love your child don’t send them here.

My child attended this day care for about a yr and all she did was cry. Usually it is the first week or so. Nope she cried EVERY day for the entire time she attended. None of the teachers management or director could resolve the issue. Once she was brought to a new school a week later she STOPPED crying. Also the teacher at the time was found yelling at her when she was in a corners she's a toddler why would that happen.

Dishonesty is not a quality I seek in the people that care for my child. I was put on a waiting list and then a week later my neighbor's child who was the same age and needed the same hours was accepted into the program. I called to find out why another child was accepted before my child and was lied to. I was told that my neighbor's child had been on the waiting list before my child. However, my neighbor told me that she was never on a waiting list, that there was a spot that opened up the day she came in and they just gave it to her.

Brought are child there unfortunately he became sick with pneumonia, we decided he was to young to go, they sent me to a collection agency saying I owed a month,which was not true we were paid up to date,they never once called me or sent me a bill they just snuck it off to collections
