I purchased a Cartier watch in New York for my wife, Diana,and unfortunately, the link that I took out made the watch too tight. I called Weston jewelers,and despite the fact that I didn’t purchase the watch from them, they told me to come right on over. Andres could not have been more kind and accommodating. He took care of the repair so that my wife could have the watch for Mother's Day. Daniella was also kind and courteous. Where do I begin? The moment I walked in Ray immediately took us in and introduced himself to us. He made us feel very welcomed, and provided us with best customer service anyone can ask for. We decided to come back 7 years after my husband bought my engagement ring and all I can say is that we left with 2 new bands for our anniversary gift thanks to Ray. He was very pleasant and easy going. It’s like he knew exactly my style! All I can say is great things about Weston Jewelers and Ray. I will most definitely come back for my ring cleaning that by the way I got polished while shopping today and left with my engagement ring looking brand new. Again! Thanks Ray for everything!!

My father and I have been coming to this store for quite sometime now and it is always a pleasant experience. The staff is consistently very attentive.
