I Love Love Love this location. Everyone there are so Friendly and Professional. The building is state of the art and inviting. They can handle all of your needs for Sure. I also love that they listen and don’t try to rush you out the door. They definitely made me feel right at home on my first visit. I would highly recommend them to Anyone in need of Great Service. The place was fantastic from start to finish! I scheduled my appointment and they were informative, and got me in pretty quick for being a new patient! I got to the appointment and the clinic was very clean and I felt completely comfortable! They are so nice and when I was having issues with my insurance they went above and beyond to try and figure it out, which was awesome for someone who has not used her own insurance for a dentist before! 100% recommend to anyone!!

Could not ask for a better dental practice. Staff is extremely friendly and cordial, the waiting room is very nice with the fireplace, and the doctors are the very best! Dr. Alex White is amazing and has fantastic bedside manner as well as being a very skilled dentist. Would highly recommend this practice!. If you live a distance away, it is well worth the drive!

I have been going to this dentist office since I was 5 and I am 34 now. I can’t say enough good things about my experiences. The staff ALWAYS makes sure you feel welcome and like you’re apart of the family. They always explain things so that you understand what’s happening and feel comfortable. I know for some the dentist office can be intimidating or scary, but I truly look forward to each and every visit and my teeth look great thanks to them!

It’s been years since I’ve been to a dentist since I have had bad experiences. I finally got the courage to go see a new dentist and I’m so glad I found Sandston Comprehensive Dentistry. From the first day I knew this was going to be my forever dentist office. The staff from the front end to the back end and Dr Brad ARE THE BEST!!!! I let them know of my fears and they assured me everything would be alright. I had basic cleaning on my second visit, today I had to get fill-ins. I was so nervous but Dr. Brad and his team took care of me. They explained everything to me, checked on me during the procedure and everything turned out fine. I am so glad that I had the courage to go seek a dentist and found this one! I would highly recommend this place. You will not regret it… if you’re like me and have had a bad experience in the past with dentist let your faith be bigger than your fear! Check out Dr Brad and team and put your fears to rest.

Angie and Dr. Brad Thweatt are awesome. They are not only very thorough and thoughtful, being very conscientious of your needs but they have been great with my toddler and making his experience a great one. I would highly recommend this practice.

Everyone at this practice is caring and professional. I have been going here for only a short time and I feel that they truly know my case, remember me and know me. I highly recommend them.

Everyone is great! From the front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist! Highly recommend and they are SO GENTLE, which is also great and causes less anxiety for those who don’t particularly love the dentist!

They also have Bruce, a friendly pup who always gives a smile!

Today was my first appt. & cleaning with Heather and Dr. Brad. It was a pleasant experience. Heather was “Amazing”! I felt no pain and my teeth look Great!!! They asked me about my concerns and was there anything I wanted to change or improve. I didn’t feel pressured into getting any additional service’s and I look forward to my next visit. Glad my husband recommended them…

Had the most amazing experience today with my hygienist Angie and Dr. Brad they were very welcoming and very informative on my future dental care plan. Gave me lots of tips on at home brushing and care for my teeth. The whole staff from the ladies at the front desk and everyone else were absolutely wonderful. So glad I made the decision to make Sandston Comprehensive Dentistry my dental home. :)

I have never experienced as much hospitality and genuine comfort in a Dentist office as I do with Sandston Comprehensive Dentistry. Alex takes the time to understand you as a person and it really makes it feel like you’re talking with a friend. The staff is AWESOME! Been going to these cool cats since I was a just a little guy. Everyone's super nice and you feel like a part of the family being there. All hygienist there are exceptional and great at what they do. Sam always does a great job!

I love this dental office. I have been a patient for probably around a decade now and I feel like family every time I walk through the doors. Staff is so great and they do a great job with keeping my teeth and gums healthy. I look forward to seeing my hygienist, Penny, she is amazing. Jess is also amazing, very personable. She always keeps me up to date with all my billing and appointments.
