Hadn't been there in 2 years! Was warmly received and welcomed back! Really like the way the dental assistant and Dr. Bottoms evaluate my needs and explain what needs to happen to address my dental issues.

Today was my first visit and I am pleased with Dr. T. She developed a treatment plan and explained exactly what was to be done after her examination and X-ray. Her assistant was pleasant as well as the front desk.

Staff is friendly caring and efficient. Listened well and asked questions to get clear picture of my dental needs. Dr Bottoms was kind and communicated very well his opinion of my situation.

Michelle was the absolute best hygienist i have had. she was extremely professional with informing the dr of issues and game me recommendations for issues. she explained procedures very well and checked on my insurance for coverage. thanks michelle!

I have been going to this practice for over 25 years. Some things change, but not here! Friendly and professional, with reasonable costs. Cheers to Seven Pines!

First time visiting this location no complaints. I showed up on time and they took care of me. I did not have to wait long. I explained to them the reason for my visit. They did what they needed to do, then came up with a treatment plan. I'll be heading back in a couple weeks to start working on that treatment plan.

I’m a new patient. My temporary crown (from another dentist) fell out and broke. They were able to get me in the same day. The receptionist called and confirmed they took my insurance. When I arrived the lobby was peaceful and check in was quick and simple. They are very kind and I never felt any judgement. They took a stressful situation and made it easy.

I had a great visit and my hygienist, Andrea was GREAT! Her experience and care that was given to me was so thorough. I was very impressed with her and look forward to next visit. The whole staff is very helpful and pleasant as well.

I had been seeing my dentist for 40+ years when he retired. I had been reluctant to find a new dentist until I broke a tooth that needed immediate attention. I was prepared to have to wait four to six weeks before I could get an appointment. I wanted a dentist close to home. I wanted a dentist that would provide the services I needed without sending me to an oral surgeon if I needed a tooth extracted.
I was more than delighted to find this dental group. I can make my appointments online to suit my schedule. I can get an appointment the next day and sometimes the same day. I can provide my insurance information and a list of medications and health information online.
The staff is phenomenal. They are friendly and always make me smile. The office is very comfortable and most pleasant. And I like the music they play! If you are looking for a dentist you can’t go wrong with Seven Pines Dental Group Sandston.😁

First time customer, wife has been regularly coming here for years ( Sandstone location ). I Had an awesome experience! Everyone in the office was smiling and in great moods! No grumpies here! Super friendly and work very efficiently with each other. Dentist was great! Everyone took time to fully explain things and what we were going to be doing as well. With it being my first appt I didn’t think I would be able to get things done that day but my wife was still being seen so they knocked out a big cavity for me while I was there as well! Almost 50 and I can’t remember having a better dentistry appointment better than this one! I even said I had a great time to the nice lady checking us out lol. Would highly recommend to any of my family or friends! No pain or issues having the work done on the cavity and no pain afterwards! Heading back today for some more cavities! I found my new dentist and even though it is over an hour drive to get here it is totally worth it to know you are in very capable hands that will take care of you while you are surrounded by a friendly, good humored supportive staff! A+ And a gold star!!

My hygienist Bonnie was amazing, one the best cleanings I’ve had in years. She was full of knowledge, that I greatly appreciated. She made me feel comfortable and important, she really cares and it definitely shows .💕

I had a great experience. Everyone I had contact with were very attentive, from the front desk to the dentist. My longtime dentist retired, but I feel I've found a new one.

I took my son in today and it was his first cleaning in quite some time. Our hygienist was great, and patient. She didn't make him feel bad about his lack of brushing skills like past offices did. She just told him the honest facts about brushing and dental health! Our family will definitely be going back!

My visit on Friday July 29, 2023 has been a awesome experience after having a toothache for over 2 weeks. My tooth extraction was painless no problems with excessive bleeding or swollen. Excited about my next appointment.

Seven Pines Dental Group makes my semi-annual cleanings so easy. They have a professional staff and processes from check in to check out and every step between. There is never a long wait. My hygienist and Dr T are both so friendly and give great advice. Never an upsale. I was referred by a colleague and I have referred a family member because of my positive experiences.
