Fitness Zone at Markham Park

This is a great outdoor fitness center to do calisthenics and to be in contact with nature. Now they added the cover to avoid excess heat from a sunny day or if it rains. I love to exersice here and also to ride my bicycle around the park.

Time to get it in! Calisthenics is all you need. Don’t let anyone tell you different. No need for expensive entangling gym memberships. Get up on those bars and get sweating!

Excellent exercise facility located as soon as you drive into Markham Park on the left hand side behind the main office. Brand new first class equipment. Big beautiful free parking lot right behind the main office.

Discovered this area today! We really like it and will use it more often.

Has enough stations for full body workout

At little smaller then I looks online. But great stations for arms!@

El parque está bien, cumple con su función y es agradable, lo único malo que es que esta demaciado básico, necesitan agregar paralelas y otros tipos de barra como las que están en los parques de calics (calisthenics) y volverla un fitness zone algo más serio y profesional. Esto sería ideal ya que hay una gran cantidad de personas que van al parque a hacer ejercicio
