When I arrived, their scanning machine was not working with a driver's license issued in Florida. Despite my age being in my 40s and the ID having a precise birthdate, I was refused service.

This must be the same rude lady everyone is posting about. Had to repeat myself 4 times. Does any there understand English? Not sure the site of bit.ly/711Review has anything to do with the extremely bad service I was provided.

Worst owners ever, bought a $24 iPhone cable walked outside, plugged it in it didn’t work. I tried to return it and they wouldn’t take it back because it left the store. I was gone for five minutes. Needless to say, if I were you, I’d go to the Shell across the street.

They ONLY have large cups, and will only charge you for large cups, and don’t care about it either. Doesn’t seem like they ever plan on restocking. They actually told me to go to another 7 eleven if I want a smaller cup!!! What a joke! Couldn’t redeem rewards here. Don’t come, not recommended

I should have read reviews before stopping here for a coffee . The attendant was the rudest ever. She had cold old coffee and when we asked she argued that it was hot and then poured it on her own finger which only proved it was cold . The cameras will show it . She reluctantly went to make a new batch with an attitude. When we went to register to pay for the coffee husband had a second cup as a barrier to make sure he didn’t get burned with the hot coffee she just brewed and we did not see the cup holder . She made it a point to tell him she was charging for two cups . Then she turned to me and with an accusatory attitude said to my face what are you taking . Pointing to a a bag I had 3 creams and several sugars as though we were trying to take for something & not pay . .
My husband then told her a few things and so did I . We never cursed or acted disrespectfully but we were outraged and disscusted at her unprofessional, lazy attitude & accusatory disrespectful tone .I’m willing to bet this store has the worst reviews due to this attendant who should not be working with the public 7 eleven can easily end up in a legal case given the way this employee treats people.

We are old customers and husband has the reward system. He’s always on the road and often gasses up company vehicles and drinks their coffee. Points alone will show he’s loyalty as a customer. And yet today if there was a price for the worst 7 eleven in USA this one takes it hands down.
Sadly , this kind of employees it’s what makes a company win or fail

Do not go to this gas station ever! It is the worst place. I went for a car wash and paid for the most expensive one, and the car came out, completely wet and dirty. I wish I saw all the horrible reviews it had before going there. I went to ask the cashier, Christina, for a refund and she claims she had to call the manager(who was not on site) to figure something out.,She called and called and called and called and no answer the manager never spoke to me never spoke to her and I did not get the refund. This is the worst place. The are despicable!!!

Ordered 2 pizza from 7NOW app. Around 12:30am, When we got the pizza from the driver, it wasn’t cooked, they delivered an uncooked pizza to us!!😡😡🤬🤬
So we drove to the store to find out why, ? the girl working flat out said that per owners instruction she was not going to cook any pizzas at that time of night for any deliveries!!
After arguing with her for 5 minutes we realized that either we go hungry or come up with some story to have our pizzas cooked, we some how convince this girl to cook the pizzas!!! she took the pizza unwrap it and throw it in the oven with the Cardboard still under it on a black cooking mesh, me and my friend couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we have never seen anyone cook a pizza with a cardboard still on it and not even cooked on the stone!! We weren’t about to say anything as we were to hungry! She didn’t even cook the pizza all the way, she took it out of the oven before the timer went off throw it in the box and said here you go!!
Needless to say pizza was cold inside and crust was soft like rubber!! We took 2 bites and throw it out!!
Very disappointed!!

Horrible attendants, the lady behind the cashier had a sticker for a name tag 'Cristina' and is a rude non-educated person that literally belittles guest....and the attendant gentleman is even worse🤦🏽‍♂... 7-Eleven get better employees and you won't have to worry about people with means having to speak to bigger entities for complaints.

Why would I waste my time with this since you aren't reading the other people's reviews regarding your franchises employees? Why am I to do that, and what will that fix? by the way, issuing a portal link for the review isn't the best way to fix this now is it. I rathe post it here lively and get everyone to see what the ownership of this Exxon/7-Eleven has to clarify with its local clients.

Coffee is cold or barely lukewarm late at night. This is only place open to get a coffee after 2am in the area. Have stopped here over two dozen times in past several months between 2-4am. They never have hot coffee ever.
