I love my dentist. If you have anxiety, let the staff know at intake. I had a bunch of work done. I was afraid of the dentist for about 18 years so you can imagine what I had to get done. She is a perfectionist that wants to make sure you are left with a great smile.

Worst experience ever!!!!! I left the office crying!!! Dr.Howard attempted to extract my tooth before it was numb. After numbing me twice she became very rude and told me “I have given you enough time.” As if I can control how my body reacts to the anesthesia. I sat there in front of her and cried because I was so frustrated and had lost all trust. She showed no compassion and actually told me to leave. I am still in shock. The receptionist and the girl Bailey are very nice and professional but Dr. Howard is a prime example of why people are afraid to go to the dentist. My 14 year old daughter witnessed everything. She was in disbelief. I will be reporting Dr. Howard to the Board of Dentistry. She is highly unprofessional....extremely non compassionate and subjected me to the worst pain I’ve ever felt because she was rushing. After posting my experience on Facebook I’ve learned she has treated other patients the same way.

Dr. Paulette C. Howard, DDS & staff are a GREAT group! They take extremely good care of ALL patients; they are PATIENT with everyone & provide the best possible care for all dental situations. We've been patients there for many years!

I was in the market for a tooth extraction when I called at 4:10 pm. I walked out of her office at 5:20 with the tooth in my pocket. Friendly staff and quick service, my kind of people.

Staff nice. Felt overcharged in the past but now it’s better. She can rush at times doing your work. Don’t like that you get pricked and not told the needle is coming .... that’s basic customer service. People don’t want to come to the dentist for this reason. Don’t stab my gum without informing me ! And it’s a jab not a gentle insertion.

I felt they didn't clean my teeth well and I didn't feel confident with Dr Howard.

My husband went here for a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted. Just like someone else's review said, she extracted his tooth without allowing him to be numbed completely. He advised her several times he could feel it and she kept going with the extraction saying"I almost have it". He was in a full blown sweat and trembling. I was in shock. Needless to say, he nor I ever returned

Years ago I trusted this dentist's recommendation to perform two fillings. The teeth did not bother me, but the dentist was adamant that two rear molars needed work. Being young, I trusted this recommendation. Afterwords, I realized that she had drilled out prior silver fillings from another dentist and replaced them with inferior composite. Initially I felt deceived, but I let it go and simply decided to switch dentist.

Fast forward a few years and my current dentist shows me small cavities on the same teeth that need attention. He expressed his concern with the prior work ahead of treatment. These small fillings turned into two root canals that I cannot help but believe would not have been necessary if Dr. Howard had not performed unnecessary work on these teeth years earlier. Silver fillings are known to be superior, yet this dentist wasted my time and money, on numerous occasions at this point, by replacing them with composite.

I have only visit this place ONCE and I'm not returning. Since my insurance switched, I had to switch dentist. This place accepted my insurance but it wasn't a good experience. I went for a cleaning...instead of cleaning, they took bunch of x-rays (the one for 5-years) then she wants to do lots of work on me. I asked her what about my cleaning for the day, that's why I came? She said I don't need cleaning and she will ask the front desk guy who is her accountant as well if I need cleaning????? You are the dentist, how can you ask the receptionist if I need a cleaning???? Then she came back and clean my teeth for 2-minutes. She was poking my gum and splashing stuff all over me. She seemed rushed and agitated. HORRIBLE. They want to schedule me to pull and do some fillings. Mind you, my previous dentist whom I have been using for the pass 10 years said I have good teeth. I'm not gong back for sure

I thought I posted on here before but I dont see my post...last year she was suppose to do an extraction, she kept trying to numb the the tooth but I could still feel it and I kept trying to stop her I could feel her drilling my nerve in my tooth, she finally stopped leaving me with a half of a tooth then she tells me it probably was infected I need antibiotics, I end up going to an oral surgeon to get the rest of my tooth extracted.....her license should be taken , she had a smirk on her face and I was in tears!
