I'm not very computer literate and an associate must have seen the confused look in my eyes, and she asked if I needed help. I told her that I needed a keyboard that was compatible with my laptop, and she found me a keyboard/mouse combo at the reasonable price of $27. There were many keyboards to choose from at a wide variety of prices. Staples has all the accessories you need for your laptop or desktop computer. I was impressed with the friendliness of the associate and the cleanliness of the store; I will come here next time I need a new computer or an accessory for my computer.

This review is 5-star specifically for our visit to get internationally sized passport photos. Best, if not the only place in Lynchburg that can provide non-standard size passport photos (we first tried Walgreens, CVS, and Walmart). Thank you to Staples for providing this service!

I recently updated my OS on my Mac. I lost Microsoft office. I was under the impression I had to go purchase the entire $249 package again. Upon speaking with Lynn at the front desk, she told me I could contact Microsoft, they would look up my account, and I re-download it. I did and I appreciate her guidance. That’s why I continue to go to Staples. Customer service and always doing what’s right for their patrons. Good job Lynn!!!

While the prices aren’t especially low, they do have a wide range of office chairs and supplies in stock. Impressed when I called ahead, an employee found what I needed and set aside for me to quickly pick up at the register. A good resource in Lynchburg for printing and copying as well!

I just want to give a shout out to the sweet woman who went out of her way to deliver our business cards after she got off her shift! She was so kind and selfless. I really appreciate her going out of her way to do that for me today, she even saw that we did not open until 4pm and that was when she gets off and she offered to do it tomorrow as well when our other cards were ready. 10/10 for that woman, she is amazing! I wish I remembered her name, I believe it started with a J. Thank you so much again!

Only came in to make copies for a class I have and was pleasantly surprised to find out the process was very easy to use. nice lady behind the counter even checked to make sure I got everything done right and was very pleasant.

If you're in need of fast, affordable and professional printing services then Staples will be a saving grace. We have used them to print up cards and invitations using the online ordering system and were surprised at how fast the order turn around was. Upon inspection the items were perfect, exactly as we had designed them and were very professional looking. The staff and the print center have been friendly and helpful every time we've dealt with them as well. For those times we can't wait on our usual printing service, Staples has become our go to place!

I shipped a time sensitive package that had unfortunately gotten delayed. Wanetta and Scott went way above and beyond to make sure my package was delivered overnight so as not to miss the dead line. Many thanks to them.

I needed to print a few headshots for some last-minute auditions the other morning and the manager helped me immediately get what I needed the minute the store opened up. Thank you for dropping everything to help me as well as the folks who came in right after me with an emergency of their own. You saved the day for all of us.

Today, we were there to print Memorial Programs for my sister's father-in-law. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, kindly made an improvment change to our document, all while being conscientious of my sister's and her daughter's grief. He maintained thier privacy, noting the sensitivity of the situation in the presence of other customers. He even made sure to handle our order from beginning to end, ensuring it'd be exactly as we ordered.This is where Staples sold me...not with thier ability to make prints, but with the quality of personnel supporting thier customer's needs.

Manager and sales staff were courteous,helpful, and friendly. I hadn't been there in quite a while but they made me feel like I was a regular customer. Thank you.
