Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Five stars is not enough. I have rented many many cars in my life and this was by far the most positive experience I've ever had. The people that work there Nevon and shad in particular we're amazing to work with. My pickup and drop off was flawless. I would absolutely run from them in the future if need be.

Syreena has excellent customer service. She has a special way of handling situations and makes you happy.
There is another friendly girl there able to help too.

I want to start that I have been using enterprise rent a car for more than 6 years, and more than 40 rentals a year in different offices in different States of the United States and I want to mention that the best experience I have had is in this office and especially in the hand of Curdijah (Curdi) Baptiste, Branch Rental Manager. with the best customer service to always make me feel 100% satisfied and happy for always giving me the best and always paying attention to all the details. Thank you very much Curdijah (Curdi) Baptiste for everything and for that quality of service and customer service in this Weston office, for me it is the best. I recommend this location to everyone

Always a welcoming experience, they have the car ready and the formalities taken care of without delay to send you on your way. Always follow up to confirm return or inquire if you need to extend the rental. Nice to have an agency like this one in the neighborhood!

Excellent, quick service. Reserved on-line, car was there waiting for me, very clean, basically new. The lady who took care of me with both pick up and return, Sabrina, was highly effective and very professional, just pure awesomeness. Thanks to her high quality work, I strongly recommend this place, and will continue to use it.

I booked a van for a group trip about 5 months in advance of the trip with a different Enterprise location. The day of the trip, the location said they did not have the van or another vehicle similar to its size. I was on full panic mode calling so many rental companies the morning of the trip, trying to find a van. Joseph, from the Weston office, came to the rescue! Although his location did not have a van available, he called everyone that reserved a van for the day. Luckily, someone he called cancelled. Within no time, Joseph had the vehicle ready for me and saved the day! I appreciate his customer service and how much he went above and beyond to help me. Nice work!

Excellent service both in and out! After having dealt with two other locations and having a poor experience, this one got it right and more. Fatima helped me when I picked up my rental and made it quick and effortless. I was taken care of for my difficulties obtaining the rental and left happy. When I dropped the car off, I was greeted by both Skylar and Ricardo, who were equally excellent and helpful with the return. Skylar was very attentive and my overall experience was definitely 5 star worthy. I would recommend to anybody looking for a rental to deal with this location, especially the people I mentioned.

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car at this location in Weston provided me with the best customer service I've had in a long time! Ricardo specifically went over and above for me! His friendly demeanor and his follow through really made the experience wonderful. He made sure my car was clean and took the time to provide me with the best car for my trip. The best place to go rent a car. The customer service there is amazing which is almost nonexistent nowadays! MATT WAS AMAZING!!!. He was super attentive and understanding. He went above and beyond to make my situation bearable. He was also compassionate as to the reason I needed a rental car. I absolutely love how you're treated like a person here. It really shows that they are a Family Owned business. I highly recommend renting from here because I can guarantee you will be happy with the way you are treated and the prices are far better than any other rental companies.

This is a busy car rental. I just walked in and needed a car during January, so they were swamped. They still got me a car and even got me an excellent rate. They were super helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend the staff and the cars. They go above and beyond.Thank you for the managers help and thank you for really going out of your way for me.

Enterprise is the only Rent-A-Car place I will give my business to. They are efficient, friendly, and I can check in and out without even entering the office. Best of all, they are the only Rent-A-Car I am aware of that will take a debit card. You've got my business as long as that doesn't change. Keep up the great work. Loved the Pacific too! May have to buy one some day!

I had the best rental car experience at this Enterprise location in Weston, FL. Matt and Rene were beyond diligent and took excellent care of me. I am very thankful of their professionalism, compassion and transparency. Thank you for your major contributions towards a blissful experience.

Last week I had to make a last minute reservation at the Weston Enterprise due to an unforeseen car issue. From the second that I walked into the branch, I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who quickly checked me in and offered me a refreshment. Within 5 minutes my rental car was ready and I am glad to say that it was impeccably clean. The kind staff at the Weston Enterprise branch turned my difficult situation into an absolutely positive experience. I will definitely be returning my business to this branch for my future rental needs.

i called last Friday morning to rent a convertible for the week end but no car were available in Weston. Joseph did is best and finally got my convertible for Saturday morning. It was for a special occasion and i thank you all the team again who meet all my expectations .

My entire experience was considerably top -notch. From Jamie who handled my pickup to all of the wonderful ladies in the office, the entire staff could not have been nicer & more accommodating. They even offered to contact me if my desired vehicle became available. I would definitely recommend this location to others in need of rental services.

The whole staff here at this Enterprise office is awesome. I love the fact that when I get there I’m never there long to pick up a car. The manager Christian along with the rest of the staff give some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time, and it doesn’t hurt to know that the rentals are not too expensive. Keep up the great work guys.

2/7/2020 Update: New management, and a mostly new crew. Remi is doing such a great job. Every time I come into this Enterprise, as long as I have a reservation, the service is always amazing. Now, there were hiccups in the past, but as long as you have a reservation and give them a reasonable amount of time to secure your vehicle, you will be met with excellent customer service! Thanks Remi!

2/5/18 Update: I previously reviewed this location and gave 4 stars. This location really does deserve the extra star. Although this location has a small staff, they seem to always pay attention to the details...A phone call a day ahead of time confirming pickup, clean vehicle waiting, friendly smiling faces waiting to greet you inside, speedy return process. Although there is a relatively small selection of vehicles, I've enjoyed the vehicles I've driven. Last weeks' rental experience was exceptional. A previous customer changed the language settings in the Infinity QX30 to Spanish, but thankfully the Enterprise team was able to get the language back to English and I was quickly on the road. The issues I had previously experienced with the old staff is no longer, thanks to Veronica for clearing house and getting a staff in here who really cares about a customers' complete rental experience!

2017 Review: After a series of terrible rental experiences, the branch manager, Victoria, really seems to be turning this branch around. The pick up and drop off experiences were quick because there was no wait. No complaints, this experience is exactly how they all should have been. Thanks again Victoria for turning things around at this location.
