Weston Fit Body Boot Camp

Weston Fit Body is amazing!! I did one workout and I am hooked. Workouts are created so everyone can do them and get the absolute best workout. After working out you don’t feel physically drained! You feel motivated to live a healthier lifestyle and immense pride in yourself for finishing a workout! I 100% recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their body and mind. These guided workouts are great for those who struggle to workout on their own (I’m one of those people haha). Personal training is always available as well! The owner, Mike, is so welcoming and treats everyone as family! Great gym full of even greater people!! You won’t regret joining!

This is by far my favorite gym. It's amazing the quality of work out they provide in a 30 minute window. It works perfectly for my schedule and I don't feel like I miss out on an intense workout. The instructors are very motivating and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help you and are interested in your goals.

I absolutely love this gym! I no longer have to worry about waiting in line to use gym equipment, having to clean everything before use nor having to look around for free weights that people never put back in place. Best of all I no longer have to worry about what workout I'm going to be doing because everything is already made for me when I arrive. Everything is clean and sanitized after each use. The staff is great and they all make you feel like part of the family. They know every single member's name and goals. It definitely beats any other gym that I have ever attended

I joined this summer because I needed the discipline of a regular class. I am so happy I found this place!! Mike is a super coach/trainer and the classes are perfectly challenging, and at your own level. I can't recommend this gym highly enough!

I have been to almost all the gyms and group classes in Weston, this place is exactly what I was looking for. Convenient schedule, personalized attention, small groups and the most important aspect is that you get the best work out in only 30 min. Coach Mike is amazing! I’m so grateful I found them!

This gym has everything you need to get in shape. They have challenging but rewarding work out routines. Mike and Rosemary are awesome trainers, they go above an beyond to help you achieve your goal by adapting the work outs to your physiscal ability. I definitely recommend FBBC, come and try it out, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent atmosphere! Personal training at your own level! The staff is awesome and with the 30 mins workouts; I can get a full workout everyday!

A great place for interval training, weightlifting, or CrossFit. Friendly staff are able to tailor the workouts to your individual goals, regardless of fitness level or experience.
