Tricare Prime Clinic

Dr. Binder is the best doctor I’ve seen here! She literally takes the time to actually discuss all issues that arise with each one of my 4 kids. When you leave a message for her, she calls you back!!!

Previously I didn’t have good experiences at this clinic. But I have to say that it so refreshing to have a dr that you know for certain cares about her patients. She literally went above and beyond with me helping me find a medication for a serious infection my toddler had. Together we called a lot of pharmacies until we found only one that could compound the medication on a Friday evening. I am so grateful for her and the standard she is setting at Tricare Prime Lynnhaven. If all the providers were like Dr. Binder, this would be a 5 star clinic.

I went to the pharmacy here for the first time today and was dreading it after my experience with other MTF pharmacies, particularly Boone. My expectations were completely subverted. Activating my prescription couldn't have been easier! I was in and out the door with my meds in 15 minutes and everyone was so friendly. I will absolutely be coming here from now on.

This was my first time visiting this clinic and I had a wonderful experience. I was surprised that they were open on memorial day and was able to get an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early to do paperwork. I was in a room to see the doctor by the time my appt. was scheduled to begin. The doctor I saw wasn't my PCM, but she was wonderful. Doctors offices usually give me anxiety, but I was very comfortable and felt like this doctor really listened to my issues and didn't judge me or make me feel like a hypochondriac.

I had to go to radiology, the lab, and pharmacy. Wait time was minimal to non-existent at each place. I was always meet by a kind employee and happily pointed in the right direction when I asked. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The day after my appt. I was called with results and given information on what steps to take next.

Overall, this was a wonderful clinic.

Pediatrics: The front desk staff, nurses, and doctor were all amazing! They were so sweet to my baby girl and listened to me without making me feel rushed.

I have always had great care here. Caring , friendly staff from the front door on. There is a wait for pharmacy but they are very busy and nobody is just sitting wasting time. Please give a little consideration and not be so hard on people th hat

I take my daughter here. No problems. Doctor is awesome. Staff is friendly. Wait time is good. Getting shots is easy.

Great doctors for my little ones!!! Kept getting bs responses from Boone. They also go the extra step for you. Pharmacy is a bit slow but that’s because it’s a very small pharmacy.

There was not a long wait time and the pharmacy process was smooth and easy.

Service here can be a little slow, however for the volume of people they have coming through their I think they do an excellent job. The people are always friendly and helpful.

This office is one of the better try care prime offices that I’ve been to. Every time I go there everybody has always been very polite and patient with me and my kids.
