Shea, the manager of Russell’s Western Wear, did a fantastic job cleaning, shaping and preparing my hat. She was very friendly and professional. My hat looks great and I will be back to her store.

Great spot for men and womens boots and apparel. Picked up a pair for myself and my wife her boots were actually $40 cheaper then a competitor's price. Will definitely make another purchase. They also sell work boots with and without steel toes.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. I'm a city slicker who walked in with Nikes and skinny jeans and I walked out with these beauties for my trip to Nashville. Selection was large, with something for every budget.

Went in for the 1st time. We were greeted right away and asked what we were shopping for and explained how the boots are displayed as well as if we had a pair already. Since we didn't they took the time to explain how they should fit and how they should feel when walking. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. We will be back.

I’ve bought boots from this store’s valrico/dover shop, plant city, and here. I moved to Carrollwood 3 years ago and still had never been to this shop..I was surprised how much inventory they had first time I went a few months ago & I picked up a pair of boots while I was there and already been back since to buy more stuff. Customer service is nice they make sure to find out if you need any help but won’t bother you. I personally walk out of stores when I feel pressured to buy something. Prices are good too when you compare everywhere eles.

I saw a post on FB of a pair of boots I feel in love with. Of course they were men’s, BUT Sarah with Russell’s was able to provide me women’s boot similar WITH links to each and also gave me good ideas on being able to actually wear a men’s boot if I wanted if I saw something I really liked. She was very helpful and super sweet!

A must if you're looking for western style boots and accessories

Just wanted to give some five-star praise for this store. We ordered a pair of boots online, and not only did they ship quickly but the box was so carefully wrapped. And I'm talking about the plastic that is used to ship the boot box in. It's as if it was wrapped like a Christmas present for a dear friend, and, as a matter of fact, that's how it made me feel.

Someone even took the time to crisply fold the shipping label that was inside the box. The boots inside were also carefully wrapped and looked like they hadn't been tried on and banged around in the store and such.

The whole package just shouted conscientiousness, attention to detail, and competence. Whoever did that, I'd love to give you a big hug!!

You put a smile on my face and restored my faith in humanity. This might seem like a stretch, but this is honestly how I'm feeling. In a time when it's really hitting the fan in the world today, it's nice to know that someone cared enough to take the time to wrap the box up attentively. It actually looked beautiful.

This was my first time buying cowboy boots and it was 10 minutes to close and the young lady that helped me was so professional, walked me through as many questions that I had, patient, and never rushed me.

Great atmosphere and awesome staff. I have never shopped for western wear before, but my husband is a huge fan. We purchased a really popular pair on their website, however the size was not quite right. When we went to the Dale Mabry location, Katie treated us with so much courtesy. She made sure to contact her manager to confirm policy and made our whole experience smooth and easy.

We loved the store, the other employees were not hovering and made us feel really comfortable. We ended up leaving there with boots for myself and some jeans. We are now part of the rewards program and will definitely be returning more. Thank you for such a great shopping experience!

Just stopped in to look around after seeing ads in different places , been wanting to stop in and see exactly what they had available, found out you can go broke if you bought everything you wanted at one time or multiple shopping trips ... not complaining just saw so much I liked and wanted . Well kept and very clean and organized. Great place

My experience at RWW was great, the store is well equipped and is well worth stopping by!!! The hospitality reminded of my hometown, Savannah, Missouri. The sales person that took care of me, Nick, and was very helpful with everything I wanted to know and full of patience because I had a lot of questions! Great Western Store!!!

Samantha was absolutely fantastic! Was greeted very politely as I walked in and she shown me right where to go so I didn’t have to wonder around. She was also EXTREMELY helpful with boot selection and the proper fit. The selection of boots at the store was the best I have seen in the Tampa area and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I walked in not really expecting to make a purchase but due to the proper customer service I walked out with a new pair. Russell’s you have a good one so I hope y’all keep her happy.

Stopped in looking for my first pair of boots after debating whether to order online or not. I'm so glad I did. Wes helped me out and was awesome - walked me through what I should consider and was extremely knowledgeable.

Despite the store being busy with people, he managed to stay in contact with me and ensured I had all that needed to make a great decision. He also helped me pick out a hat and was really great about giving me honest feedback (not just what I wanted to hear).

I recommend this store to anybody looking for some western wear. Their store was clean and offered a good variety of stuff. I came in looking for a pair of boots and the associate Wes was very helpful and helped me select the perfect pair of boots that suited my needs. This guy was very knowledgeable and he knew his boots. The store was reasonably priced and I enjoyed my time shopping in there. I will definitely be coming back.
