PNC Bank

I’ve been to this branch twice. A few years ago I used the drive thru and the transaction went flawless. A few weeks ago, I visited the branch and again the transaction went flawless and quick. Very pleasant experience. Great personnel.

Great service was provided by the staff. I am very happy with the solution Alejandro provided and I totally recommend his expertise.

Alex (Alejandro) is super helpful and very enthusiastic. I've been here twice and every time he is offering great service and gives me a sense that I could trust. This left me a great impression of this down PNC bank.

Came here on 2/5/2024 at 1010am to pay a credit card bill one machine was down won’t take cash the other one was being serviced by a armed guard for thirty minutes customers walking in and walking out and can’t use either machine location is absolutely worthless no tellers no help from all the employees at the location avoid at all costs I don’t know why this place is open terrible customer service we need a real location in brickell this place is a joke.. after waiting thirty minutes the atm is out of service when the guard finished..

Never come here for drive thru. Location is difficult to find and I have to drive 4 times finding out that the atm does not accept cash deposit!

The 2 times I have been to this bank they have never been able to help me. This morning I had a 9:30am appointment and after sitting there for 1 hour without being helped, I left. PNC is a good bank, but this location is run horribly. Hopefully they have new branches opening up soon in Miami. For now go to Aventura.

The longest wait time ever at a PNC. I wish they opened a location in South Beach.

They only cater to Spanish people the employees in the PNC barely speaks English ???????? Horrible branch to go into, they are races

What is up with this bank, they have the worse customer service that I have experienced in a bank, and I have had my fair shares of bad services. Rude, inconsiderate, and very condescending. Will not be banking here anymore.

I have been banking with them for year but moving to Miami I had to rent a apartment trough Airbnb that turn out to be a scam but pnc bank manager and the team didn’t care to help me get back my money I had to sleep in my car for almost two month to point I end up being hospitalized at the Jackson hospital for high blood pressure I was there for 7 days I don’t encourage anyone to bank with pnc they really heartless people
