The replacement battery was top notch quality. When I pulled into the store parking lot, they unloaded the heavy core and loaded the new battery back in the trunk of the car. These golf cart batteries are extremely heavy. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. Very helpful and polite people. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I was extremely impressed with Logan at the BatteriesPlus in Ft Myers, Florida. He was extremely helpful in taking care of my car battery issue. The connections to the battery were extremely corroded and he took the time to thoroughly clean the corrosion before installing the new battery. KUDOS to this young man. I would highly recommend store #062 and I would ask for Logan.

I needed a battery in a hurry. I was able to submit an online order, and it was available for pick up (a lot faster than I had anticipated)! The sales associate located my order quickly, and even carried it out my car without being asked. I was in & out in less than five minutes. I have used them before, and it was just as quick and painless. They have great customer service. This store is conveniently located off Cleveland Ave.

I came into the store yesterday because I had an issue with my car. My dad said it was the battery and to come here. Short story the worker Christian went above and beyond. He helped me get a new battery and put it in for me. He noticed there was other issues with my car and gave me great advice. Also helped me get a few more things. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! I definitely recommend coming here and having Christian help you out.

A fantastic experience! My car wouldn't start this morning and I needed a battery replaced. I called the store and the Manager Tyler answered the phone and I was so happy he did! Tyler was super friendly and knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently to help solve my issue. I was also charged $85 less than a competitor I previously talked to! We scheduled a time for him to come replace my car battery and he was punctual, professional, and effective! I would highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs!

Easy online ordering. Order was ready when I got to the store and they took my old batteries in for recycling no questions asked. New batteries were not OEM but fit perfectly and work fine. The pricing was close enough to online prices and the batteries were a name brand I recognized and not some off brand I didn't. A few extra bucks to get name brand, same day service and toss a few bucks towards a local outlet. Worked for me.

Great Service! My iPhone battery needed servicing. Thankfully, I found Batteries Plus Ft. Myers on Cleveland Ave. They replaced my battery in minutes and even cleaned the lint out of the charger. This was a huge help as we are vacationing at Ft. Myers Beach. Fifteen or so minutes and I was there. Good price, great service, and they had better hours than the other iPhone repair places showing.
