My wife and I appointed Gina Polo as our immigration attorney who was working for a different company at the time. Whilst her career biography reads well, the service provided is vastly different, in fact it's non existent. She will not respond to emails, it has been 3 months and i'm still waiting, gentle reminder emails also remain ignored. Her assistant will also ignore you and she will not keep to telephone appointments she sets. She is very good at making you feel like InfoPass appointments are off limits, we should instead pay her hundreds more dollars to attend. She tried to charge us hundreds to replace a stolen EAD, I attended an InfoPass appointment and they did it for free. We gave her full disclosure of the facts pertaining to our case and we were not adequately prepared for the interview. She advised to get a replacement medical, as the previous one had gone out of date, with only 3 days before the interview. Don't expect Gina to stay on top of your case or be proactive in anyway. I ended up sending her my interview notice only for her to send it back saying "you're interview has now been scheduled". Our application was very straightforward, no criminality, no hidden families in other countries, no nothing, yet we waited 18 months due to poor advice (what little we got anyhow). I would not recommend anyone use this company for personal purposes unless they have money to burn and time to wait.
