Culver’s

The heat inside is unbearable. We have complained everytime we are here and nothing has been done about it. I have sweat running down my back it is so hot, trying to eat my lunch in the dining room that is at least 80 degrees and not my car, running the engine to cool down.

My shrimp was so dark like it was refried.

My wife's fish had no flavor. Very dark and I think shortening was due for changing! French fries even though requested fresh came to us not hot.

The friendly service waa missing except for KiKi who was friendly and worked hard to redo our order.

Maybe staff would be more happy and friendly if not for the miserable conditions they are working in - no cool air, overheated. Plus employees? were listening to music, videos on their phones in dining area on speakers with cuss words. Really? Is this the way Culver's operates now?

This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had in a fast or casual food restaurant. I'm very easy to please and don't expect much but when I walked in the entire staff smiled and greeted my family, we were checked on several times and seen off with a friendly goodbye from everyone. Those gestures put smiles on my families faces.

Compliments to the team for creating such a great atmosphere. What a wonderful group of people you all have there.

It is always a pleasure getting a bite to eat here. It is always brightly lit and clean. The staff is always great. I love the Pot Roast.

Came in tonight for dinner before living back in Dallas. The entire staff greeted my family and I when I came in with smiles and waves. I ordered the Doubkle Bacon Burger with a large fry. Flavor took me back home, and the food was hot and fresh. The gentleman with glasses and blonde dreads came out to check on us and the rest of the dining room often. I ended my night with a sweet treat, and the team sent us off with smiles and waves. This experience was set apart from any other culvers I've gone to. Whoever is running the show is doing great. You guys were great!

Great burgers, chicken, fish and pot roast. Custard-soft serve ice cream- is creamy and delicious. Can add mix-ins to make it what you like. Everything is prepared fresh after you order. If you are not a French fry lover(I am not) you can substitute piping hot broccoli or creamy cole slaw. Love it. Go every chance we get.

Great food and even better service. Honestly I wasn’t even expecting how great their drive thou was I mean I think Angie was the best she was super attentive, patient, and very understanding. A great first time for me and would 100% go again.

A very refreshing experience, rather than other fast food restaurants. Love the meat freshness and all the different options available. My favorite is the Double Swiss and Mushroom Burger. Try it, you will see what I mean. Customer service was great. They go above and beyond to cater to you. Totally recommend this place.

It was the first time I had my lunch there. It was absolutely great. The food was delicious and you felt it’s good quality. I ordered hamburger and I loved the thin layer of meet with was perfectly cooked with good amount of salt.
The place looked like a brand new restaurant. It was absolutely clean and beautifully designed.
The workers were friendly and clean. I had great time there. Highly recommended.

I love Culver's, the service is always amazing and they are so friendly. The food is great and I really appreciate their positive atmosphere.

The burgers and fries are good, but don't miss out on trying the fish here sometime.

My kids love vegetables and they always have the brócoli side with the chicken.

Usually go here on Thursdays for their $2 pints but I finally tried their food the other day. I got a butterburger with cheese and added bacon with a side of the cheese curds. Not only was the meal delicious the gentleman who served me was super kind and helpful. Definitely would recommend them to others!

This is , in my opinion the best burger joint around, period! The burger has s unique great flavor and does not taste like the"run if the mill" burger so full of fillers and preservatives like almost every other fast food place out there . It tops steak n shake in flavor AND value. Its fresher than "wendy's"and unlike wendys, it has a friendly staff backed by a corporate that shows appreciation for us customers and our concerns!

Fresh, hot food. My custard was fresh (not melted) once I received it. Friendly staff. The cheese curds with marinara were really good!

Had a wonderful experience today. Wendy at the Drive Thru had better customer service than Chic Fila that's like impossible but she did it. Confirming my order and not sounding like a robot. She actually enjoyed her job and I appreciated her nice personality after a long day at work.

Service was great, staff was very friendly and happy to service. The food was hot and fresh.

Never had a burger from here until today. Excellent! I hate to even call it fast food, bevlcause my burger was light-years beyond anything I've ever gotten from "the big three"! Great service, too. The girl in the drive through was pleasant, helpful, and patient. Food was piping hot, I'll definitely be back.

The young man that took our order today, Eric, was super kind and friendly. Then to our surprise, he also brought our delicious burger and onion rings!! This was a great experience.

Culvers has the best burger in fast food! It's a great option if you want REAL food without cooking it.

Went to Culver’s for the first time (being from the Northeast, we don’t have these) and we really liked it. The butter burger was really good for fast food, the cheese curds were awesome (haven’t had these since I was in Wisconsin) and their sweet tea, which was freshly brewed was great. Also everyone there was very polite.
