My wife and I purchased our Tahoe to accommodate our growing family a week ago with Joe Anderson at Beaver Chevrolet. Joe greeted us and gave us time to look around the lot without any pressure. When we were done we had a simple chat with him about our interests and he went over and beyond to get us exactly what we needed. We reviewed vehicles online taking in account of all the specifications and features before he pulled up the top three candidates and we test drove each one which was extremely helpful in choosing which vehicle we would purchase. After test driving we went over options of actually taking the vehicle home that day. I had a bit of trouble due to not being a resident of Florida and attempting to register the vehicle in Florida but Joe and his team (Garrett) did not give up. In the end I left with a registered vehicle and a payment option that was suggested by Joe and works out perfect for my family. Throughout the week Joe has ensured my wife and I are still satisfied with our purchase. With Beaver welcoming us, treating us like family and the lack of pressure to purchase a vehicle, I definitely recommend Beaver to anyone in purchasing a vehicle and I recommend you ask for Joe Anderson.

I just want to thank Steve Jacobs and the Beaver Chevy Team for making sure I did not leave without a car. I literally drove 2 hours away in hopes to get a great car, for a great price at a GREAT deal! Let’s just say, Steve did not disappoint and they even stayed past closing to make sure I had what I needed. The customer service was A1. I highly recommend!!

Product Specialist, Cody Bowers, went above and beyond to help get the desired car when the first specialist ignored our request for help. Cody was able to hear our desires in features and immediately point us to the car we ended up driving off the lot with. Cody was great and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to ask for him by name.

Sales Manager, Mike, was also great and very personable. He offered many different options and worked with us to get the car that was desired.

Finance Manager, Ben, was another great help. He made the finance process as smooth as possible.

We found the FB post for the perfect truck we were looking for that was posted by Brian Rowe. We need it for our business, Fiery Bird Transport. He was so EASY to work with because I was simply looking to go see it and hold out for my brother in laws dealership to finally get one in and buy it from family. But Brian was so friendly and down to earth. He didn’t handle us like a normal pushy salesman whose only interest is in making the deal. He had us convinced that he had our best interest at heart and didn’t blow up my phone like I expected after we left the place. He handled us carefully so as not to push us since this is an expensive truck and a huge decision.
Needless to say, he sold it to us and we are so pleased. Brian gives the best hugs too. Thank you for being great Brian!

Most salesmen are pushy and rude but Steve approached us and after realizing we were just looking, offered his card and gave us space. We left but came back the same day and ended up buying. Steve made the experience and the process easy and pleasurable.

I'll let the banana peel & smile on my face share this story. I came 5 hours for this deal and Josh took care of me like I was his childhood friend. We’ve been visiting family from out of state and had to use Beaver Chevy’s service department twice within a week. The first appointment was for a routine oil change on our Tahoe, and the second appointment was to fix our broken mirror after a golf ball shattered it near a golf course. For our oil change, my husband called and spoke with Paloma, the service advisor, prior to leaving NC to schedule us. She was very friendly and made sure everything was handled seamlessly before, during, and after our appointment. A few days later on Christmas Eve, we called Paloma in a bit of a panic when our mirror shattered. She ensured we were scheduled immediately after Christmas and ordered the parts we needed. When we arrived, Paloma handed our Tahoe over to Gabe, the service tech, and Gabe definitely blew us away with how fast he fixed our mirror. Both Paloma and Gabe worked diligently to ensure our appointment was stress-free and quick so we could safely drive home. Between Paloma’s customer service and friendly service and Gabe’s knowledge and talents, I highly recommend you visit Beaver Chevy’s Service Department for all of your vehicle needs!

One of the best! Customer service representative are kind and they really take care of you, inside on sell (Lambert) and in services department (Paloma and Lisa) you can find responsible and dedicated people who are going to make you feel like family. I do really recommend.

My salesman Alexis (aka the Fig) went above and beyond for me as a customer. I had given him a specific vehicle model to look out for and then due to my work schedule I had not followed up on the truck, but a month later as soon as one hit the lot Alexis immediately sent me a video of it and let me know what was going on. I had given up hope that it would show up, and even though I didn’t get that exact truck, Alexis did a great job in showing me the other models that I started showing interest in. The entire process was painless and none of the scary dealership shenanigans that you expect. I love my Silverado and would recommend everyone who wants more info to reach out to Alexis by name.

Great experience with the Sales team. I had a SUV with a blown transmission that was not worth replacing; they were able to still use as a trade in and get me into a 2023 Camry all within about an hour and a half. Everyone was helpful, friendly, efficient (not pushy) and determined to find exactly what fit my needs. I have a Camry now which means it will probably run forever and I won't need to car shop in the future, but if I do, they have a repeat customer in me.

Their slogan “We’re here to Wow ya” is true. From beginning til the end, was a pretty decent experience. Joe A. was my salesman and he was on top of his game. Very friendly and always got back to you with any questions or concerns. I was WOWED by the customer service that I received there and will be sending friends over.

Brian Rowe is the BEST! If we could give 100 stars we would! We now have purchased 2 vehicles through him and will continue to when we need a new one. If you’re in the market, go ask for him! No stress, very prompt and patient. We couldn’t ask for a better experience at Beaver Chevy!
