Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Great food and service. We were seated pretty quickly and served right away. The Old Country Store has a lot of great gifts and snack foods. Some locations also serve mimosas and beer. This one does. I think they have about 5 flavors. Great addition.

Excellent breakfast place. Wish we had this chain of restaurants back home in Southern California.

Michele was our waitress this morning (4 stars on her apron). She was super nice, helped me pick something good, and very attentive.

The food was soooo delicious! I had the Grandma’s Sampler $11.49 (Sweet ham, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash brown casserole). On point! Specially the hash brown casserole, never had that before. It was really good.

Excellent experience. We’ll definitely be back here before going back to California. We loved it!

Great food and Good service! Loved the hot chocolate and strawberry cheesecake pancakes. My kids always get the confetti pancake kids meal and love it. Staff is friendly and eating area large.

We hit a low point with this place and almost stopped going all together because of a waitress that said she was hard of hearing, and had to read our lips, and could not get our order right for anything in the world. It made my wife feel stupid, and it would take so long sending food back trying to get it right.

Finally someone let us know we could ask to not be seated in certain areas, and from then on it has been better for everyone involved.

We started being seated in Breas area and every single time she gets our order right, makes us feel comfortable and welcome and she even remembers our order because we get the same thing every time. She deserves a raise or a bonus and I feel like its important to say, she makes the Cracker Barrel experience feel like it’s suppose to. Down home, southern hospitality, like Nanas house. I’m sure she might have hard days or things in her own life but I mean every time she is very pleasant and amazing at her job.

This location is my favorite Cracker Barrel in Jacksonville/Orange Park area. The service was phenomenal, the food oh they have these new Hash Brown Casserole Bites that are fried sprinkled with bacon and shredded cheese and served with Ranch dressing to dip, so YUM! I also tried their Apple Butter with my biscuits not gonna lie I licked the cup clean LOL If your looking for filling food, friendly faces, and an amazing store to shop afterwards THIS location is the perfect destination:)

Our server, Christina, was awesome. Great memory skills. Weekday’s are best. Nice portions. Love the store.

We eat lunch or dinner at Cracker Barrel at least once a week. The food has always been delicious and the service as well as the atmosphere has been exceptional. We had a new server named Whitney and she was very good. She took our order and made sure that we received our food exactly as we had ordered it. She came back to our table numerous times to check to see if there was anything additional that we needed. Whitney, as well as the other servers we have had while dining have been exceptional.

The experience was amazing! The ambiance was relaxing like being at grandma’s house. I’ve only been to Cracker Barrel twice so it was an awesome experience. The food was top tier. The waitress was amazing as well. She continued to check on us as much as possible, made sure we were pleased with the food and drinks.

I enjoyed my time at Cracker Barrel. All of the employees were very courteous. Laurie was our server and she was delightful. The place wasn't the cleanest, I’m assuming they had a lunch rush, but it wasn’t too bad. I will definitely return.

Our family went to this Cracker Barrel on Thanksgiving day for a brunch.
We had 18 people and we were seated in about 20 minutes.
Our servers were Alfred and “E” ( I know that’s not her real name)

In my whole life I’ve NEVER had such great service. From the time they introduced themselves to the time we hugged and left- they were personable, attentive, kind, patient, efficient and just all around amazing.

I’ve never had a server speak such blessing and kindness over us.

My mother has cancer and has no appetite and usually people don’t understand why she barely eats- but “E” was so kind to her and treated her like a queen.

I don’t know if I’ve ever hugged a sever after a meal- but these people were completely amazing and deserved a thank you and an embrace.

These two deserve recognition and a huge thanks for representing your brand so well.

I’m in awe of the energy, care and attention to detail they showed during our visit.

Chicken tenders were a little drier than normal and biscuits/cornbread were very late being delivered to table, but guess it was a busy night. Side salad was delicious and a nice portion. Overall, still delicious and familiar.

I had the pleasure of having a very attentive waiter in Lee. He know his stuff and was prompt with his service.
The food was delicious and what I wanted and needed.
The military discount is hit or miss with whom the cashier is but that didn't take away from my families enjoyment and satisfaction.

Really like Cracker Barel. Food choices are great and atmosphere is welcoming. Let's not forget the retail section. You can always find good gifts for yourself and others.

While visiting Jacksonville with family, we decided to eat at Cracker Barrel restaurant. This is a convenient location to get to and is easy to get to. Our server did a fine job, and our food was good. Great.

What an amazing lunch service was fabulous our server was Alfred man he was awesome funny polite and just a great person and he was fast let me tell you just awesome. Great job Cracker Barrel on hiring outstanding servers love coming here. I will be back again and hopefully Alfred will be my server again.

Been several times over last few weeks and has been great every time. Great tasting food, terrific service despite this place being perpetually crowded. Even with the popularity, we never waited more than a few mins to be seated - however, we try to go a little early (9-10am) on weekends to beat the crowd a little. Managers are visible, restaurant is very clean, but can get loud due to number of people. Overall, the popularity should tell you all you need to know.

Jace, our server was amazing! It's so refreshing to have such polite, and attentive service in this day and age.

Meat loaf was a little dry but dumplings were great. Cracker Barrell always does a great job if you want a good, nourishing meal.

Our experience started with a waitress name Addie. She was absolutely amazing. Not only was she very attentive to our wants and needs, she went above and beyond the call of duty. I've never experienced a waitress like this in my life. I hope every location for cracker barrel has someone just like Addie. We will be requesting her each time we come.
