Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff! I had a sales convention here and was so impressed! The Valet Team is the absolute best!! Every single time I entered and exited, they had the door for me, offered water and were so friendly with constant welcomes, have a great day and conversation 😊 Most of the rest were friendly too. My room was very clean too. Breakfast was $28 for a typical continental breakfast that would be free elsewhere, lol, which was ridiculous. Location is beautiful by the river too! Highly recommend this hotel!

After an unsatisfactory experience at another hotel, I called the Hyatt and explained my situation so that I could reserve a room and was accommodated with an early check in to make our transition as smoothly as possible. It was greatly appreciated. Valet was a wonderful, easy and quick to follow up when we texted for our car to be ready. We were able to charge our lunch from the Tavern to the room easily (and our waiter, Jorge, and bartender were also great.) Every receptionist I saw greeted us with a warm and genuine welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our river front view from the top floor. We will only be staying at the Hyatt after this trip. Huge thanks to everyone here!

Joy at the Front Desk and Rose at Shor were both amazing! Really made our stay extra special with their kindness! We had a view of the riverfront and it was awesome.

I had the pleasure staying here, Bobby in guest services, was absolutely wonderful. He was so friendly and helpful. Played around with my kids which made them feel special. Guest check in was easy and the woman who checked us in was so pleasant. The rooms were a wee bit dated, but everyone’s kindness made up for it.

The Best hotel on the Riverfront to stay especially during the Christmas holidays and cruising. We booked the fabulous hotel for our stay 2 days ahead of our cruise and it was the best choice EVER!! Beautiful hotel amazing Christmas tree in the lobby, room view was stunning, and ANNA at the front desk is soooo nice and welcoming along with the other staff. 5 stars!

I went to the Hyatt Regency to see a friend of mine’s graduation. I was lost for I had never been in such a large hotel. While walking down an unknown hallway, I was approached by a very nice young lady, she asked if I needed help and I told her the room that I was looking for. I was 45 minutes early, so she asked me if I wanted coffee and something to eat, I said yes. She then walked me downstairs to the hotel restaurant and said get what you want. I was totally surprised at the service she gave to me. I got a coffee and apple danish, she then said I will walk you back to the room the graduation was to be in. Her voice was so kind and her spirit was divine. I found out later that her name was Caitlin Tolleson. I praise her for such great service. She is a very special employee of the Hyatt Regency on coastline drive, Jacksonville Fl. Hats off to Caitlin, a great access to the hotel. Thank you Caitlin for making me feel so welcome. I’ve never wrote a review in my life, but I just got off the phone with the young lady at the front desk and her name was Shontae. She gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life. She went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered. She truly wanted to help and make sure I was happy with my room, and I can’t give enough stars for her work ethic. She needs to immediately get put in a management position, because she cares, and as a business owner myself, I can tell you that is very hard to find.

I was there for a weekend conference and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. My room looked over the river and the view was beautiful. The food was delicious, everything from the tempeh wrap in the small market to the sea bass in the main restaurant was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the halls were quiet.

We visited the Hyatt Regency last week for the Clemson vs Kentucky Bowl Game. This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and had another wonderful experience. The morning we were checking out, we realized my 9yr old son had left his jacket in the Morton's Steakhouse the night before. Our bellman, Bobby Ross went above and beyond calling everyone he knew in the hotel trying to find it for us. He even had the Manager of Morton's come in early to look for the jacket. We had left the hotel before the manager arrived, as we had an 8 hr drive home. Bobby called us shortly after we left the hotel saying he had found the jacket and would gladly ship it via FedEx to our home. We were so happy he found the jacket but even more elated at the customer service he provided!! Bobby went above and beyond to make sure not only were we happy with our hotel stay but also that our sons jacket was found. If anyone visits this hotel, be sure to ask for Bobby Ross, he provides 5 star service and truly cares about his hotel guests!! We will be back again soon!!!

We were here for the Jax lighted boat parade and had a fantastic time. Here's what makes the Hyatt Regency Riverfront great-it's the team of people who work there! Everyone from check-in, room service, hospitality, and the valet are happy, pleasant and welcoming! Hat's off to you all, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel. Service is second to none. Staff are so friendly and make you feel like family. The hotel is so clean and in all public areas and around the elevators the scent is wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We come here every year for SPN Con. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. 24 hour Cafe which includes warm or cold sandwiches, Starbucks coffee candy, cookies, wine, IPA beer etc. They also have a restaurant that serves buffet as well as single plate food. The bar is fully stocked and also offer food. We always enjoy our stay here

Stayed here for the night for a concert in town and it was a very nice room with and great view of the river! The staff was very attentive and friendly! The bar staff was so fun after the concert! And the late night food hit the spot! We will stay here again!

In my experience at Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, I'd like to suggest an enhancement to security measures. Given the unfortunate incident of backpack theft, installing security cameras on each floor could significantly contribute to the safety of guests. The addition of surveillance would not only act as a deterrent but also provide valuable footage in case of any incidents. Clear signage indicating the presence of cameras can serve as an additional preventive measure. I recommend collaborating with the management to consider these security upgrades, ensuring a safer and more secure environment for all guests.

I wanted to write this review about Mrs. Lanez Coleman at the front desk she is a very lovely person and is very willing to help and go above and beyond to help guest. I enjoyed the conversation I had with her. 10/10 recommendations for this hotel, the room was great and the customer service was outstanding. Thank you Mrs. Coleman for being amazing.

Great stay. 5 stars. The only complaint would be the club lounge around dinner. There was basically a bowl of nuts and a couple bags of pretzels. The lounge was fantastic at breakfast.

Anytime I have clients come into town to fish with me I send them to the Hyatt! Fantastic and Friendly.

Very nice hotel. Walking distance to Ever bank. Took 20 min to walk the mile. They have a 24 hr market down stairs with a bar and a restaurant for dinner. Right on the river. Plenty of parking next door on an adjacent parking garage.

Very nice dining experience in the lobby, all night market open 24/7 and convenient location to lots of down town bars and atmosphere.

The Hyatt Riverfront is an excellent Hotel on the Saint Johns River, nice view, which is a nice walking area, for a few hundred yards. It is 1.1 mile walk from EverBank Stadium, where the Jaguars play. Three restaurants are in the hotel, great food. Nice rooftop pool and fitness center. One block from the hotel is a block of bars, restaurants and a concert venue. More restaurants are needed, but the city is slowly inproving.
