I have been a patient of Dr. Albert for 4 years. I see him twice a year for regular medical followup. He is a great primary care practitioner.

When I went on Medicare in November of 2016, I could have chosen pretty much any doctor, but I stayed with him because he had done such a good job for my health. Dr. Albert is extremely thorough, and through that diligence we discovered that I had a kidney tumor, which was successfully removed.

He's virtually always on time for appointments, unlike any other doctor I've ever had. His staff is friendly and competent. The office is nice, and I like driving down to the beach.

Dr. Albert spends far more time with me than any PC doc I've ever had. He has referred me to great specialists when I've needed specialized treatment.

I also have to commend Bethesda Medical for providing an environment where primary care docs can treat patients like patients.

OK, so he's not all warm and fuzzy. But neither am I. And neither should that be important to you. I'm not looking for somebody to hold my hand. I'm looking for someone who recognizes medical issues and tells me what to do about it. Dr. Albert does that. And I know that he really cares about his patients. I saw that right away, and multiple visits over the past 4 years confirm it.

I took my mother to see Dr. Albert and had a wonderful experience. He spent nearly an hour talking with my mother, whom has severe anxiety, especially when meeting with doctors. He was very kind and compassionate and even came out with my mother to speak with me in the waiting room about follow-up procedures. Also, a beautiful office and friendly staff! ZERO wait time! Very impressed!

My first visit was great, timely, with pleasant competent office staff, Dr. Albert did not seem "particularly outgoing" . I am there for his service not his personality which I think will become more friendly at subsequent visits. He was pleasant, informative, polite and he clearly respected me as a person. He spent a lot of time with me on many issues, answered questions and provided education. I have called the office twice since and the call was answered without a long recording about calling 911 for an emergency, listen carefully for menu options have changed. There was no, "Press one for this and two for that". I like that a lot. Also when I was put on hold I was asked if I could hold and she awaited my answer...not just a "please hold" and click.
When I asked for med refill it was called in, in a very short time.
If you ask me the staff is as equally important as the doctor. If the staff is not polite, helpful or pleasant I don't care who the doctor is I won't return. This certainly is not the case at this office. I think we have started a great patient doctor office relationship.
I did not feel rushed at all by the doctor.

Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Dr. Albert typically gets back to me with answers to any questions I have within an hour or two. Nothing seems to slip through the cracks, my concerns are always addressed promptly and thoroughly, and I'm always given top-notch treatment. I've never had such a consistently positive experience with a healthcare provider.

Dr. Albert spent a lot of time talking with us and explaining what was going on rather than popping in and out like previous experiences with physicians. He is very well educated, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor in the South Florida area.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Albert for over five years and think he’s terrific. He’s always friendly, professional and thorough. Very glad to have found him and recommend him highly.

Very through, easy to talk to, no nonsense

Dr. Albert was very very good with me. I have recommended him to several of my family members. Younger & Older, they are happy that I recommended him to them.

I attempted to make my first appointment since this Dr was appointed as my PCP, the reception was very rude. I asked to make an appointment. She told me to call a different Dr. I tried to explain that my insurance card says he Is my primary care Dr on it and she hung up on me. I called my insurance company and changed my Dr. I would recommend proper customer service.

very rude receptionist. different doctor than on website. would not help in any way, is this even a doctor practice?

The worst experience I've had with a doctor. He refused to follow up on my visit and wouldn't call me back when I was having a problem. No social skills and very uncompassionate.

Today was the first visit in his office he definitely lack of bedside maners.
I will not recommended him to any of my friends, he is very rude & nasty.

This man may have studied medicine but he is NO doctor! As rude as his staff. So not interested in his job one bit! Stay away

Heute hatten wir einen Notfall und wollten auf Anraten unseres Hotels den Arzt zur Konsultation aufsuchen. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr unfreundlich und hat uns mit den Worten „the doctor is not willing to see you“ vor die Tür geschickt. Einfach unglaublich! Ein Arzt, der keine Patienten behandelt... das habe ich noch nie erlebt.
