Lenny and the crew took great care of me. The dealer recommended a brakes front and rear. Once Great Bear inspected my car they saw I only needed rear brakes. They took care of it quickly and at significant savings. In the past they also took great care of my E60 M5, which is a really difficult and expensive car to work on. I highly recommend Great Bear.

Good customer service - employees were polite, attentive, and extra helpful going beyond what's expected which is especially rare in Southern Florida. Alignment service was completed within the estimated amount of time they gave to me over the phone - no delays in finishing. I'll be going back for future alignments and other services and highly recommend Great Bear to others as well.

We have been going to Great Bear for years now to do our out of warranty work on our cars (Porsche and BMW) and they are always fair and do a great job. They also have a really easy and convenient minor dent removal service that we have used for our cars and they always come out looking like new, and the prices are very reasonable. We would highly recommend them!

This was my first time here and what a pleasant experience. From my initial call to make an appointment for an oil change . The updates I got through out was impressive. The cost was also reasonable. Finally found a place where I feel comfortable to take my vehicle. Will certainly return in the future. Keep up the Excellent customer service!

Lenny was excellent to work with! Very collaborative and straightforward. I was impressed that he searched for the owners manual to check for the appropriate recommended services. I used to go to a dealer who would recommend 10 times more services than was required in the manual, so this was very much appreciated. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them. Absolutely the best shop I have ever used in the USA. See below as to why... This is a long but very important review.

I am a former mechanic, I was ASE certified but got out of the industry because of the unethical practices and the way shops treat customers. Great Bear is an extraordinary exception. The way they communicate, post pictures, and do not try and pressure unneeded sales is phenomenal. From an industry insider, this is huge, but for others that wonder why this matters, think about those that go to mechanics and worry about being taken advantage of (wives, kids, or people with no automotive knowledge). I try and do most of my automotive work, but if my family needed service, I would TRUST this place beyond anyone else.
Again, the transparency, honesty, and non-pressure sales is amazing and they will hold my business for the foreseeable future.

People usually write reviews when they are dissatisfied with a service but every now and then something happens that inspires you to take the time to write about the goodness you see in people and businesses. That was the case with me today while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. An elderly gentleman came in and asked the employees at the front desk where he could purchase some type of fluid for his car. Since they did not sell it there they gave him a couple options for places where he could purchase it. After giving him the information, Juanita, one of the employees there asked the man if he just needed to top off the fluid to which he replied, yes and she said to him, just pull your car up here and I’ll top it off for you. This is not my first time observing these little acts of kindness at Great Bear Automotive but it is one that will stay with me for a long time. By the way, whenever I sit there waiting for my car to be serviced. I’m always impressed by how knowledgeable she is about cars. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for great automotive service and great customer service🤩

This is my first time using great bear automotive. I generally use dealer but was left with bad experience. Great bear was very accommodating, they sent pictures of the problem which was AC, they also were very upfront with cost of parts and labor. I believe my business will be with them from now on. Seem to be very honest and we all know how hard that is to find in south Florida

Last week took our 2094 Lexus RX 330 into Great Bear Weston for Oil Change and repair/replace tail light. They promised to be done by 2 PM. After completing their normal inspection, they sent me a few other recommendations for work which I approved and they still had the work completed and the var ready at 2 PM. I’ve been a Danny’s Great Bear customer for years. I recently took my car in for an oil change. I saved money, they were very efficient, and organized. It’s a higher end car German car I wouldn’t entrust to just any shop. They were also about 25% less expensive than the dealership.

I discovered Great Bear while searching for reviews online. My past experiences with other providers had me on the lookout for better options. Affordable prices are a priority for me, followed by other important aspects such as cordiality and professionalism. Although I'm far from a mechanical expert, I have enough knowledge to dislike it when technicians are condescending and treat you as if you're clueless, often resulting in them trying to overcharge. However, my initial experience with Great Bear was nothing like that. I found them to be completely transparent and honest about my vehicle's issues. The pricing was totally fair, and the communication process was among the best I've experienced in relation to car repairs and services. I now understand why Great Bear is rated higher than other services in Weston. Yes, I can recommend them. 💯
