Little Gull Cottages

Beautiful like old Florida. Large spacious rooms on the gulf. Screened porch. Very quiet and peaceful. Of course the sunsets are to die for. Celebrated a family birthday there as well.

Our first time staying at the Little Gull. The proximity to the beach and bay are awesome. Lovely cottages within a minute walk to bay or beach. Everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back in the future.

The red tide has made this beautiful resort almost a ghost town. However, the Little Gull staff continues to maintain impeccable grounds and service for it's time share owners who are willing to bear this tough situation. It was no fun going down to the beach each day looking for dead sea life washed ashore instead of relaxing by the shore. These visits, even in the evening, watching a breathtaking sunset was short lived as the odor overtakes your respiratory system. It made me cough. But, one travelling buddy was not affected. If you're looking for rest, restaurants, family and friends...GO. I enjoyed the peace and quiet (oh...btw, the pool, on the premises, is a great alternative for the water experience.)

I work there as a housekeeper it's great! Beautiful scenery friendly welcoming positive vibes! Great place for the kids or grand kids pet friendly very accommodating and courteous,an amazing place to escape and stress less about all the horrors that has been happening in the world today. Even if only for a short while the opportunity to just wind down with your loved ones and enjoy all this little Paradise has to offer ...safety is very important and when out everyone must still follow any guidelines .. I love it there so peacefully tranquil 🥰🥰

Little Gull Cottages offer something for everyone! The beach is beautiful and accessible, the pool is relaxing, and the location couldn't be better for a quick trip into Sarasota, Bradenton Beach, or Siesta Key. The staff is absolutely wonderful! The only problem is that our vacation is coming to an end!

Great place for a family beach holiday. Book early as it can be hard to get a reservation. Private beach and pool, gulf to bay property

We come here every year - just love it. We can go to the dock bayside, or lounge on the private beach. Good location for relaxing, or day trips. LBK is wonderful - Little Gull is perfect.

Oh..... gull cottage for year 20, right on the pristine beach, beautiful scenery, and the soft sounds, the gulls, waves slowly lapping the shore, it is paradise!

Love this place. Both bay and gulf side access with swimming, grills and a low-key vibe!
