I called the store because I couldn't find a shoe, online said sold out. They helped me find my shoe and held it for me to drive 2hrs to pick it up. When I got there the associates were really helpful, nice and had good customer service! When I go back in the store I'll add there name. Will definitely shop Hibbett!

My husband and I have been a the East Hillsborough location several times. The staffers are always friendly. As soon as you walk in they say hello and ask if you need help. 5 stars to this location, but the other locations not so much. I think if the other locations where ran like the East location your sales prices would give other shoes stores competition because of the better shoe choices.

A young lady helped us find the sneakers my daughter was looking for. She was pleasant and friendly. They had a great selection and some nice clothing. I bought a Nike cap I have been looking for 2 years.

I loved it I bought 4 pairs of shoes for about $250 and then I got a $30 discount. It's really cheap and I now have plenty of name brand shoes.

My daughter's just went in to get a price and they ended up getting in my purse and buying jackets that were on sale which were excellent in price and the service was GREAT
