Cannons By the Sea Cottages

We spent the Christmas holiday here, very nice! The cottage was very clean and cute. Sweet comforters & sheets in the double room. It looked like the place had been painted recently and there were some very nice little accents, like the tiles in the bathroom shower. The kitchen is very simple, but, everything you need is there. Absolutely loved the real wood floors! There were a few small things that need attention, dirty air vents and ripped screen, but, obviously fixable in a few minutes!
Our only complaint was that the living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable, we almost went home (we live nearby) for bean bag chairs! The beach is stunning and you feel like you're the only ones there and the place was full! We are planning to go back! Thank you for a great 3 days!

I've been vacationing at Cannons for almost 30 years. The property is kept up, clean and a great place for families to vacation. The marina is across the street, so convenient if you're traveling by boat, or you want to rent a boat.

The beach is amazing, and great place to go shelling.

You have plenty of places to grab a bite to eat, grocery shop or simply browse the shops. Perfect place to get away to.

We had a very good time here. These are old Florida beach cabins. Don't go for fancy fixtures, people watching, or WiFi. Go for privacy and beautiful, uncrowded beaches and family time. We stayed at the Starfish cabin. We had a big table to eat at and play games with the family. The cabin wasn't very big. There was a separate guest laundry on site. I wish we didn't have to walk quite so far to get to the beach. We had only one bug, a millipede.

We've stayed here annually since I was a child in the 1980's, so nostalgia plays no small part in my review. If you're looking for a cute and comfortable cottage where the beach at night is right outside your door; if you're in love with old Florida charm, and you like having the beach (mostly) to yourself, you will very quickly love these cottages as much as my whole family does.

Old school Florida charm! Cabins are aging. But kept very clean. Drop dead gorgeous beach. Extremely private. Love it!

This resort has the best of amenities so you can make memories with your family. Great fishing on the beach. Saw sea turtles make their nests at night. It's a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet near enough to every thing you need.

The cottages are cute and quaint, remind me of old Florida cottages. Right on the beach, easy walk from any of the cottages. Quiet area.
