Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We stopped at this Popeyes because we had just left The medical Facility nearby. They had just opened for lunch. We went through the drive-through. We got a 8 piece with a mashed potato side. Only about a 8-10 minute wait. The food was hot and smelled good. We had a 20 minute drive home, but ate right away. The chicken was very good and still crunchy. Would recommend going early to avoid the crowds.This is a popular location, and the parking lot can get crowded.

I wrote a review before when they were terrible so it's only right to one when I've had great service. I ordered on line but still had to wait in line but customer service was great. I thought my meal was wrong and spoke to the manager. She was very patient and had a great sense of humor because I was WRONG and they were right. Definitely an improvement!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They are a very busy store but they try to get it out fast. My food is usually always fresh love this location.

Minutes before closing on Sunday night2/18/24 the staffs was very polite and the person taking of customer for the drive-thru was polite and awesome 👌

My husband and I visited this Popeyes location and were waited on by a young man named Daniel. He was welcoming, personable and extremely helpful. This was unexpected but very much appreciated. We wanted to commend Daniel as he is such an asset to Popeyes.

I don't mind substituting pieces of chicken, but not telling the customer is not cool. More than once, I have arrived home from a take out order only to find my order was turned into dark meat only night. Two of the people in my family do not eat dark meat, so they went without.

The folks were stress but shut I gotta give ya a round of respect. Ya were packed but on point. This was the first time I ever ate here and it was very good. Shrimps was nasty but overall great. Thank you. I'll go back to new York and try this place again

We live in St Petersburg FL. My wife and we were on our way back from Georgia and decided to stop. We were greeted before we got to the register by the young lady putting the orders in the bags. The young man at the counter taking orders was awesome, and the food came out faster than I've seen at any Popeyes I've been too, and I mean there were 3 people ahead of us, drive thru was busy and the team got us out the way, like a well oiled machine. The place was clean and the music was just right, now the food was pricey but with service like that, it was well worth it. So before leaving I had to compliment the Manger on a well run restaurant. Can y'all come to St Petersburg and train them how to work like a unit.

This was my 2nd visit to this location. I told myself I wouldn't come back after my 1st experience was HORRIBLE. My godson wanted Popeyes and this was the closest location. I'm glad I gave them another chance. You can tell that they are under new management. From the time I pulled up to order, Alyssa was friendly, prompt, and patient. She also convinced me to get the new Mango Lemonade slushy in addition to our meal. My godson and I both loved it! Once I pulled around, Alyssa and the manager Belva assured me that my food would be fresh and it was! My order was correct and hot. Thank you Alyssa and Belva for being kind from the time we pulled up to the drive thru to the time we pulled off. The small time it took you both to be kind made a big impact! We will be back.

Service and food here us faster and fresher than most Popeyes

The new management in this place is rocking it! Great fresh food, great customer service! I’ve ordered via doordash and drive through and inside and all have been amazing! Glad to finally have a good Popeyes near by!

Has some of the best hot wings that I've ever had. I couldn't quit eating them

45 minutes for order walk in order for to-go. Need better communication skills and or training. Food was good order was correct.

This popeyes is actually the best one I've experienced in Jacksonville. Service is always friendly, and order always correct. Food I've received has always been hot & fresh.

The Best Popeyes in Jacksonville Florida! I love Ms. Patria and Belva. They are fast and treat me like family. I appreciate this store so much; my family eats there every other Sunday. Blessings!!!
