Arby's

This Arby's always does a good job. We've been several times drive through, in house, and on the app. Our order is always correct, we don't wait long, the place is clean, and staff is nice. There's not much more you can ask for from a fast food restaurant.

We know this one well. Close to grandkid’s house so quick to take them there. Plus my wife loves the Jamocha shakes! Now I really like spicy foods, Thai is a favorite, so when I saw the ads for the Diablo sandwiches, we planned a visit with the grandkids after Sunday church.

Not very busy yet so we were waited on right away. Of course I ordered the Diablo Dare meal with Diablo Roast Beef sandwich and Diablo Fries. My wife and granddaughter opted for Roast Beef sandwiches, Curly Fries and shakes.

Quickly our food was brought to our table. I went in for the fries. I was pleasantly surprised. The fries had a nice heat. Not like some chain’s “Spicy” fare, which has little or no heat. These fries had heat! After a few minutes my nose started running and my lips burned. Excellent! But the flavors still came through. The Diablo Roast Beef sandwich was also hot but not nearly as much as the fries.

Plus the meal also came with a small shake that was soothing. My wife and granddaughter also tried one of the fries but were too hot for them. Plus, since our grandson didn’t make it today, I ordered Diablo Dare meal for him.

Being this was two days after Veterans Day, the lady that took our order and brought our food noticed my Marine Corp Veteran shirt and said she had something for me. She came back with a Desert Storm Marine Cap for me. She said a friend gave her a bunch of Marine uniforms that she gave to others but had the cap left. And I still have my Desert Storm Cammir uniform. I thanked her for the gift.

Now the rest of the story…. Later that evening the “curse of the Diablo” struck and cleaned out my system - repeatedly! Now at Taco Bell I consume their Diablo sauce with relish. It never affects me. But their Fire sauce also affects me likewise. Plus we usually get Thai food at the top of the heat scale and no problem. But the Arby’s Diablo sauce also must have some ingredient that I cannot tolerate. Though I loved it, no more Diablo for me. But if you like spicy, you must try it!

Went inside to order 2 Reubens and a soft drink. Great food, good portion size, and super friendly.

The cashier was so pleasant and I loved her "Have a blessed day" as I was leaving.

We went through the drive thru and everything was really good 😊

This is one of the nicest fast food places you can ever go. (Here's a question for anybody who views this review did you know or do you know for a fact that the word Arby's stands for the R and the B for roast beef?) As far as the food quality goes it is the best way to have beef you don't have to worry about red slime like McDonald's has and you don't have to worry about bad flavors because everything they have is the best quality and tastes the best. As far as service go I think this particular restaurant has some of the nicest people I've ever met. I was in there one day and I was having a hard time getting my credit card activated and they just let me have my Giant roast beef sandwich for free. Not sure why they did that but it left a indullable impression in my brain.

If all else fails go with The Beef & Cheddar. U can always depend on The Beef & Cheddar. I mean who doesn't Love Thinly Sliced Roast Beef and then they add The Cheddar poured right on top of the Beef. I Mean Come On!!! Who wouldn't Love That??? Psychopaths that's who!!? PSYCHOPATHS would not like that. So if U are ever in the Drive-Thru ordering and U say to everyone in the car Beef & Cheddar on Sale 2 for 7 AGAIN??? YAYYYY!!!!! Beef & Cheddar's on me how many U wanting??? If ANYONE in the car says that they don't like Beef & Cheddar, Just get out and RUNNNNN FOR YOUR LIFE. Because apparently U have a psychopath in your car. It happened to me just two months ago. It's hard but I just can't risk it. I never saw it coming. I mean after all she was a great mom for 48 years. But. I'm sorry I don't get in a car with psychopaths MOM. LOOKS LIKE YOUR BABY BOY IS WALKING. U CAN KEEP THE CAR YOU PSYCHOPATH MAMA. Be safe out there people. U never know when you're sitting next to a psychopath. U could be next to one right now.😁

Just a positive experience for the family and for my 90 year old grandmother

We need an Arby's on Mc Mullen Booth Rd in Safety Harbor. There is an excellent location in the 1600 block segment on this road. We get your coupons in the mail but you are to far away to use them. I just happened to be traveling right by this location and stopped for lunch. If you had a location closer to Safety Harbor I would be eating there more often.

I'm not big on reviewing fast food places but I've never had a negative experience at this Arby's. Staff is very attentive but not overly attentive to where it almost seems like sarcasm which is how I see a lot of fast food places acting. But this place has always been great for me at least 👍

Food, steakhouse burger, was good, the employees were friendly, and the price was agreeable. The only negative was that the onion on the burger was cut too think and uneven, making the burger slide off when eating it.

I’ve never had one issue at this Arby’s.

Their curly fries and sliders are very good! Their seasonal orange shake is delicious and I am so excited when they bring it back every year!

This place was super Very busy but they still got my order fast and with a friendly crew.thanks for getting it done in a timely fashion :)

I needed something to hold me over so the cashier recommended the kid's meal. She was very friendly and seemed very genuine. Wish I got her name. Definitely will go back!

Tabitha is the Sweetest person treating us like family! The food was hot and fresh. Give Tabitha a raise! Need more employees like her. We will definitely be back!

I LOVE Arby's, especially this location. The roast beef and cheddar sandwich is out of this world, especially when smothered in Arby's sauce. The service is always quick and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. If you love their roast beef like I do, you can order the sliced meat in quantity to serve at a party or event. One of my favorite fast food places for sure.

Was in a hurry and ordered the fried chicken with fries and coke. The manager advised me that it will take a few minutes since they were dropping a fresh piece of chicken. No problem I replied. When my meal came it was hot and the fries exceeded my expectations. Customers don't mind waiting for fresh food. It was well worth the wait !!!
