I love this store Their rewards program is great and the managers Sean and Winston's level of customer service is impeccable their knowledge of the program can help you earn great deals on your favorite shoes If it's not available in the store they will go above and beyond to get the shoes you are looking for at their store online and you can pick up in store or opt for home shipping. It does look closed down ,but it is OPEN and I go as often as possible they even have great clearance !

I love Famous footwear you can find good price excellente customer service the managers are great and all the others employee you can save when you buy shoes and earn points at the same time when you buy you get coupons really recomend the store go visit take a look and see for yourself

Walked in with my Grandson and they found the size and he picked the shoes. He put both shoes on and ran (carefully) up and down the aisle and they fit PERFECTLY! We paid at the register and we were out of the door within 5 minutes!

Ira was and is AMAZING! From the time we entered the store till checkout Ira was attentive and helped us. The store was fully stocked with names like Nike, Adidas and Puma just to name a few at discounted prices. The store is clean with space and seating to try on shoes. Loved the take homes and especially ❤ Ira's customer service and work ethic. On POINT!

Selection is ok for the most part. They carried slides i wasn't able to find at other locations. Service is good, friendly and quick. Staff always greets you when u enter the store.

Winston was such a huge help! Helped me pick out a new pair of shoes for work, insoles, helped me with sizing. He was so incredibly amazing and helpful. I will definitely come back just because of how kind and hospitable he was! Thank you Winston, you deserve a raise

I selected WOLVERINES based on online reviews, and features. My son uses them for work and he really likes them. Reasonably priced, and the location is convenient. It could make us Famous. . .

Fantastic customer service! I was in the area for work training and wanted a pair of shoes I had seen on a colleague. After she gave me information about them and further investigation I found them on the Famous Footwear website and headed to my nearest store.
A gentleman told me if I needed help to let him know. I showed him the shoes and told him I didn't see them in the store. He expressed that if they didn't have it that he could order them for me and have them shipped to me free of charge. To me this is a perfect fusion of being with the current times but still being able to give great face to face customer interaction.
He also instructed me that once I receive my new shoes if I have any issues I can return at my local store for a quick turnaround. Absolutely great customer service and experience. I was able to leave happy I was getting what I was in search of and he was very patient with me.
I'm very glad I stopped in. If they don't have what you're looking for totally have them order it for you!

Winston and Trinity are very helpful. I have known of Winston for the past few years he always has great customer service and shows excellent customer service. He also has a great amount of knowledge regarding comfortable shoes. I just met Trinity she showed attentiveness and great customer service. She was able to sign me up in the reward program. Large selection of shoes, Winston is who's Always helpful, and knowledge ready to go the extra, to be sure you're satisfied with your purchase. This store is Always neatly stocked, and very clean. Great quality shoes, always a nice clearance rack. My first choice to shoe shop for the family.

While the mall was a complete disaster the gentleman that helped me and my husband was absolutely awesome I wished I knew his name he was an older man he was fantastic in helping us fit my husband with shoes I greatly appreciate it all of his help

My wife forgot to pack her sneakers for Busch Gardens... so we found this place close to our hotel. Friendly manager/staff, clean store, great brands, and very nice prices!

The shoes are very great they ate water resistant and non slipped

I like this shoe store over others because they have a nice selection their prices to me or cheaper but also they do deals like every time I go in I'm getting points if I'm not getting points then they always have like specials where buy one get one 1/2 off to me for somebody who has a lot of kids this place is great and it doesn't help to mention that there is a guy there skinny tall guy been there forever knows the store like the back of his hand and he's willing to help you with anything and everything

Manager very helpful good prices good selection of shoes. Pair of sandals I purchased needed additional Velcro and the manager directed us to a place in the mall that made adjustments while we waited.

I’ve visited several times during the week of tax free an Sean was very helpful in assisting me finding sizes an other shoes then I had gotten additional pair of shoes an was able to receive the difference of money back great during school for another pair
