McDonald's

Looks like a brand new McDonald's. Pleasant modern interior. They were still finishing up instalation and were doing a soft opening. Giant Ronald Ballon outside! Fries were just a little part perfect, but otherwise the food is exactly what you expect.

This mcdonald has been remodel. Compare to Google maps picture. Service was great and food was fresh . Bathrooms are clean .

i only bought 2 fish fillets. buns/rolls always soft and fresh. fish was perfect. I asked for no cheese & they left cheese off! 😊 didn't go inside. v fast service!

I saw a red head. Not a pleasant atmosphere. The Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry was OK.🙈 They made fun of the car I drove in. Picture is below.

I have been to this McDonalds many times over the years, and it always has been good. So Yesterday I was there again. Everything was in order, bathrooms were clean. Ordered with the kiosk and had no problems. Food was ready in very reasonable time and delivered to my table. The fries were hot (a nice thing because most of the time they are not at other locations). Big Mac was excellent, and it was made properly (I worked and managed McDonalds location before). Fast service, clean, great staff, and nice atmosphere. This is the closest McDonald's to Anna Maria Island.

I ordered brisket, however, being from Texas, it was not up to the brisket I was used to, but still good. My wife had Buffalo Chicken Salad & it was good.

Tried 4 credit cards and one debit card on app, and none took due to some problem - they gave me my order pro bono although I offered to pay cash. Went from one star to five stars that quickly!

Typical McDonald's food, fast and usually hot. Prices have gone up. Normally I don't bother rating chains like this but the employees are very pleasant. If you want unsweetened tea, stress the UN and then check it before you leave the window.

This review is specifically for Ella. She was working the drive thru yesterday when I took my dog for his final care ride and trip to McDonald's. She could tell that I was struggling to order because I was so upset. Instead of being frustrated with me, she consoled me by holding my hand and offering me the sweetest words. Thank you for your kindness and extending love to a very sad dog momma. He loved his cheeseburgers and ice cream. I don't truly have the words to express my gratitude, just know that it will never be forgotten.

Absolutely love it. The stuff is fabulous. Enjoyed my visit today. Was fast and as expected. I'm satisfied.

Came by 01/20 for lunch. Did a Mobil app and picked up inside. Store was clean. Staff was friendly. Order was timely and labeled easily to see order number. Food was fresh and hot! One of the better McDonalds experience I’ve had.

This is the best Mcdonald's location around. Everyone here is so friendly, efficient, and remember you and your order.

The staff that works at this place is exceptional! I usually go in the morning or afternoon so whoever is working those shifts, keep it up! Everyone is cheerful and friendly and it is a far cry from what I experience at most restaurants and fast food places these days. I understand everybody is short staffed and working hard but they never let it affect them and they always are very friendly and polite!

Used the app in the drive-thru and they had to change my frozen blue Fantas to other drinks since their machine wasn't working. And we took the 2 apple pies off our order because we were told it would take 12 mins to bake them and we didn't want to wait around. All our food was made to order, hot & fresh. Wish the frozen Fanta machine was working but maybe next time!

Great customer service. There was an issue with the order I placed on the app. The Manager had to ring it up again and still gave the 30% off app code without any question.

My Labrador loves the occasional low fat ice cream treat from there!

The worst experience at a McDonald's in my life! I was even a McDonald's manager and how I was treated through the drive thru at 10:15 today broke every courtesy taught by McDonald's. Manager was rude , kept saying whatever go away and then walked away. Their automatic ordering wouldn't accept any orders after 10:15, so I gave my mobile number to get specials and points , he said he did but neither happened and I fact my credit card is programmed for auto payments fir their app and that didn't happen. Also told the Mexican girl at pickup window hiw unhappy and poorly I was treated and needed to call corporate she said whatever good bye. Do not patronage this establishment any further for the treatment of the crew and management to patrons. Disgusting and should be closed as an establishment.

I frequent this location with my daughter whom who has autism. Most of workers are pretty rude when we come in. But one manager who's name is Martina was so professional, so patient. Not just with us but with every customer who came in. My daughter said she had a booboo and Martina went out of her way to address my crying daughter. She made me feel compassion. I wish others were more aware of those with special needs like Miss.Martina. my faith in humanity is restored.
