On one particular file, my clients couldn't make it in time to the closing table and Adaliz Martinez took the closing docs home and close them mobile at the comfort of my clients home the next day in the morning. They are truly Rockstar and excellent at what they do. Highly recommended.

The team at this office is always professional. I have handled many closings here and have never had to wait for documents. They have always been punctual. All of my clients have been very impressed with the team's customer service and willingness to accommodate. If there are delays due to errors, they are always on top of the issue in order to avoid delay closing. Wires go out within a reasonable amount of time. Agents are bilingual when you need them. If I need a document, they are easy going to accommodate.
