I have been coming to this location since I had my daughter in 2020! The store is always stocked, has great options, economically friendly, and not a cluttered mess. I like the fact that the store is very easy to navigate because each section is labeled correctly. The staff is nice. Kids grow out of clothes so quickly, it’s great to have this store as an option!

I visited this store while visiting family. The staff was so nice and welcoming. The store was fully stocked and beautifully organized. I found lots of great deals for my grandchildren while my daughter sold her stuff they had recently outgrown. Wish I had known about this place when my kids were little.

Joelys was PHENOMENAL!! I recommend her for any questions or concerns . She was very accommodating and all about her work . I was in shock when Joelys still took my daughters belongings although that section was closed due to it being one hour before close . I couldn’t thank her enough. She took her time and really went out her way to provide me the best service . Thank you for helping me as a single mom who works full time and barely gets to come here but you made my whole worth. Thank you.

I am a frequent customer of all Once Upon a Child stores in the area. I am THRILLED to see this location under new ownership and that it is now owned by such great people who know the business model well and are turning it around! The selling and shopping experience has improved dramatically in such a short time and I know it will only get better. Thanks for all the great finds, I’ll be back in soon!

I visited the store after boycotting this place & so glad I did! This store drastically improved! They now take buys from open to close. They hired more staff I was greeted with happy faces & was taken care of quickly & paid fairly for my used items. Awesome improvement with this store! They won't lose me as a customer!

I love the new neatness and everyone is friendly especially marcella super patient and helpful. Not really happy with price increase. Please price more affordable so I can keep coming. I love that there's more selection 😍 though.

This place have a lot of stuff for kids specially new born and affordable prices.

Good selection, we always find name brand clothes for a great price! We have not ever traded anything in there but it seems easy. Spanish is the language of choice there bit some do speak English. The only negative is they don't have a bathroom for the little kids and my son had to go a few stores down just to go to the bathroom.

Great stock, friendly and helpful staff, shopping and selling are easy and timely. Since my twins have been born I'm practically becoming a regular at this point.

Love this place,found this great outfit for my little girl for less than $10 for labor day weekend, sandals, swimwear, and her hat!! I also took advantage of the 20% off labor day weekend coupon. If your going to come to this store I suggest to come with a lot of free time because there is so much to see!

I went to this store with my wife, because she told me that she was going to sell all the clothing that did not fit my girls no more. I was impressed how much clothing my we were able to sell and most of all the clothing that we were able to buy back for our girls. We even got the girls sandals and sneakers for a low price. Really had a great visit and good service. The staff was friendly.

Very welcoming and professional. I dropped off a crib and they had a price for me in less than 15 mins. Thank you to the staff and owner. We will be back in the near future.

I always enjoy coming to once upon a child. They have lots of great stuff and the staff is always friendly. I personally would recommend coming by yourself if you can, it's very hard for me to look around with two kids. Especially, if you like to take your time looking. Overall a great place.

They people are so helpful. The store is very clean and organized with great prices! This will be one of my favorite Once Upon A Child stores and I've gone to all the ones from North of Orlando all the way to Tampa.
