I've been here a few times I was in an out in 10 minutes no appointment don't know why all the bad reviews didn't hardly feel anything

I can't believe it! I wait a month for this appointment, For them to tell me I need to update my Primary Care Dr. I never used my insurance before so I didn't know. The girl at the desk was very nice, But why they didn't call me and tell me this so I call the insurance on time?

Doctors are good here after that well it can be better. Significant issues with referrals. Not sure if the personnel are new but made many mistakes on referrals. This created a big problem for me since a mistake in a referral translates into having to reschedule a very important appointment. Please take ownership the people in the referral department like if it was for you and do it right the first time.

They are always behind on my appointments for example it could be 9:30 and they won't send us to the back until 10ish to sit and wait another 30mins. Sometimes 1 hour 😕 When I call they are super unprofessional some how after being on hold so long I get hanged up on. Literally called and the female answered the phone with just a "hello 👋 " I was like is this the pediatric office? lol 🤦‍♀🤦‍♀🤦‍♀ I was confused for a split second 😅 😂

The young woman on the front desk Zuily Aguirre is absolutely disgraceful unprofessional she should be fired by the lack of professionalism an rudeness towards customers

I am SO disappointed in this primary care office. Rude appointment scheduling. My doctor is Dr. Talack I am pregnant and needed to re schedule my appointment. The lady told me I have to wait till DEC! guess my doctor doesn't care about there patients and being pregnant since I haven't seen her yet since I have become pregnant. Also the upstairs blood work office is SLOW and Unprofessional. I would hate to find a new doctor but Dec is a bit ridiculous to accommodate my schedule . Latest appointments are 345 but your office is opened till 5pm. that makes NO SENCE !

did all the pre appointment stuff on the computer. i only wanted to know how my blood work was but had to see my doctor. They had me wait 1hr, took me back for about 5 minutes to take my blood pressure and ask why i was there. Then sent meoit again to wait in waiting room for another 25 minutes until i jad enough and asked why i was the last petson in the waiting room while other who came later then me were already served. We are backed up but makes no sense because other came later and were nit only seen but were nit forced to go back out to wait a second time. They didn't care, they dont care and it needs to be reported

Went in as a walk in because my bp was high, ringing in my ears and was told they didn't have time to see me. I understand they're busy but I felt like I was dismissed because it was after 3, God forbid they have to stay a few extra mins. If you don't bother to go above and beyond then you shouldn't be a doctor, people depend on you, will be changing providers

WORST place to take your children. Employers are rude and the will have you waiting for more than hour doesn't even matter if your child is a newborn/Premature. Doctors are slow with paperwork and incorrect with with child's information. When expressing concerns front desk employee walked away from me. This place should be shut down

My daughter went and saw a doctor after I mentioned she was negative for covid, strep and flu at urgent care a few days prior hoping they would the re test her again due to her still having a very sore throat. They did not re test her, didn’t prescribe anything.. looked at her throat and listened to lung sounds and said she was fine that it was viral. This place and all of healthcare in southwest florida is absolutely awful. You are not Jesus and know what’s going on internally if you don’t re check. Didn’t prescribe anything, recommended NyQuil. I could of told her that.

I called family health center to make an appointment with my doctor in the cape coral office and the female receptionist would not make me appointment bc I have covid pneumonia and told me I wasn't aloud to come in when I was told I needed to see my doctor for the pneumonia. I could possibly be dying bc I'm struggling to breathe and this lady declined me from being seen.

It’s my second visit, team is very nice but the waiting hours are very long. Appointment doesn’t make a difference. Prepare for minimum one hour .

Doesn't deserve one star. This office and Lehigh office is nothing but Quack Doctors first I had to go through chemo treatment for skin cancer because Quack in Lehigh office said it was my fibromyalgia. Second Quack in Cape Coral diagnosed my boyfriend with diabetes. 2017 he was diabetic now Quack is saying in 2021 not a diabetic. How does Diabeties just go away. I Wouldn't Take My Sick Animals To This Dump full of Quack Doctors. So glad I switched to Lee Health Physician's Much Better Doctors that actually listen to the patients concerns.
