After lots of comparison shopping we bought two Verve + 4S Low Step bikes because they are top quality, well built, easy to ride, have great warranties and service plans. Best bikes for the price. Love the way they ride.

Just had a tube replaced on a bike and the service here was excellent! The service guys put the bike on the rack right away when we walked in and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. We appreciated not having to come back for it! Would totally recommend this bike shop for all your biking needs!

TREK of Cape Coral did a great job helping make some adjustments on my bike. I brought it in yesterday and they were able to make the adjustments the same day to help get my bike back on the trails! They were very kind. They even showed me some options on my bike that I did not even know existed. Thank you!

The staff at the Cape Coral Trek shop have consistently gone above and beyond to help me with service and help with accessories to help me get the most out of my bikes. They far exceed any service I have gotten from any other bike store (and I have been to many). Ralph and his team are a testament to what a great bike shop ought to look like.

I needed a tire repaired. When I entered the store, both employees were busy with other customers. I was greeted with “We will be right with you.” To me that acknowledgement is the ground work for good customer service. They were efficient and quickly repaired my tire. I will return for my bike needs in the future.

Had a last minute request for a bike assembly which they came through for at Christmas time so greatly appreciated that. Staff was very nice and friendly highly recommended.

The service is great. I dropped the bike off in the morning and was able to pick it up the same day. the bike was perfect. Their pricing is reasonable. That is my shop forever.

I was looking for a dependable electric bike for commuting. For in store selection they're much better than competitors. The people at Fort Myer Cyclery are nice, but they had one model for electric bikes.

Staff arent salesmen (no commission) and are knowledgeable. Their non-electric bikes have a good amount of variety too. If looking for electric, start here.

Scott and the rest of the guys there are great. I came in to have my bike appraised. They gave me a honest opinion and offered a couple different options. I pursued the one most beneficial to me. A couple weeks later, after selling my bike for exactly what they said it was worth I came back to order a new one. Had it in quickly and got set me up in no time. No up selling of any kind. A lot better experience than the other shop I tried. If your in the market for a new bike or service on the one you own, don’t waste your time anywhere else.

Great group of guys that I encountered when i entered the store. I was greeted immediately and asked what they could do to help me. This was my first trip to a bicycle shop and needed work done on two bent (warped) rims on my bike. They explained the process and the cost. At pickup time, I was again greeted immediately and even thought I had new tires that could have been installed, it was explained that the existing tires were like new and that I should hold onto the new tires for later use. Everything was explained to me, and the price was fantastic. I would highly recommend Trek Bicycle Store to anyone needing repairs or bicycles. A great place Indeed!

Took my wife's Raleigh bike in because of a seized brake cable. They said would take a couple days because they were busy. Had bike back the next day new cable, tires inflated to proper psi and adjusted shifting. The charge was incredibly reasonable. I do not hesitate to refer this store. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Friendly, professional & super helpful. I have a Klein bike and needed to know that a reputable shop could do the work and not damage the frame. Zach was super nice and patient with me. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

About as perfect an experience as one could hope. Little higher cost than down the road, but look at the reviews and you'll be glad you came here.
